Chapter 2

ALPHA ZACH

"You can stop now, Bella," Zach said to the woman sitting right beside him moaning. Earlier, he'd asked her to put on a show in order to make Alina Jealous.

It was all Zach's goal to make the woman who dumped him several years ago to get jealous and hurt because he knew he had the upper hand now. So many years ago, this same woman had rejected him right in front of many people, he almost went insane.

He was humiliated completely by her actions and he almost lost his position as Alpha because the information of his mate rejecting him went viral. His father waited so long for him to present his mate to him, however, he couldn't even do that before the old man's death.

She disappointed him beyond his imagination and he carried that hatred inside him for years. Zach stood up from the emerald green jacquard couch, moving towards the counter to get himself a drink.

It was suffocating to be there with Bella Instead of Alina. Even though he claimed he hated her, deep down he still had a feeling for Alina. But he had to make her pay first for what she did in the past.

He pulled out a bottle of red wine and a tumbler which he immediately poured a large sum for himself and he started to drink. Bella appeared behind him, she placed her hands on his chest through his underarms, she massaged him slowly while she moaned.

"Zach, I know that you still care for Alina, but I'm here, why can't you give me a chance?" She asked him.. He frowned and she saw it through the transparent glass in front of them. Zach has never loved her, he only used her back then to get over Alina and yet he is doing the same thing over again.

She thought that staying by his side would earn her a place in his heart one day but it never did till now and she was becoming frustrated. She didn't know what else to do with him. She'd tried to seduce him several times, yet he never touched her. Bella watched him drink, while she took a seat in a nearby chair.

She wanted to get Alina out of the picture at all costs, she just wanted Zach all to herself. She is the daughter of a very powerful alpha who is Zach's business associate. She was beautiful, powerful and a top career woman. Her wolf was also strong and she is fit to be his Luna.

She meets all the standards, she just couldn't imagine that Zach would trade everything to be with Alina. Bella slowly took off the robe she was putting on and she made her hair bouncy and brushing on her shoulder.

She then moved closer to Zach, trying to gain his attention again.

She placed her hands on his shoulder and pressed it slightly, as he gazed at her, she quickly bit her lips seductively. "I'm all yours for tonight, Zachary.." she stated.

He instead pulled a long frown on his face and banged the tumbler hard on the counter, startling her.

"You should know how to maintain your place, Bella. I only invited you to do your usual job. Do not let it get into you" he declared, getting up from his seat.

She tried to touch him again but he pushed her off quickly. Alina was the only woman he wanted to touch, kiss and make scream his name.

He couldn't deny it, he missed her so much. As soon as Zach reached outside the hotel room, he entered his car and ordered Adolphus to drive. His Beta has been waiting for him in the car for over twenty minutes since he texted a while ago.

"Where are we heading, Alpha?" Adolphus asked.

"To the mansion" he answered coldly.

Zach stared at his phone when he received a notification. It came from his lawyer, he'd contacted them previously to prepare a legal document. His marriage with Alina was already three years, just as he stated in their previous agreement.

She had just three years to make up for the last time she'd hurt him.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Alina had just finished crying after receiving an image from an anonymous number which she believed to be Bella's. She'd sent her an image of Zach and her together on the couch.
It was so intimate, Alina couldn't hold back her emotions and she cried so hard. Her heart ached badly. How could Zach do this to her? He'd been hurting her since the first day and he never stopped till now.
Alina wiped her face with water as it's gone totally crimson for the same reasons it's always gotten that same way for years.
She made her way back to the bedroom after throwing up twice. The pregnancy sickness was intense, she wondered how long she would be able to hold it until Zach finds out.
She couldn't imagine how he'd neglect her when he realizes.
She pushed the door open and was about to head outside when Zach's tall figure towered over her. She blinked, not expecting to see him in the mansion that day.
He'd finished spending a loving moment with his mistress, how dare he come back to her still smelling like Bella? She turned her face away and headed back into the bedroom. Zach hastened his pace as he followed her.
"Where are you going, Alina?" He immediately asked, she paused right in the middle of the bedroom and then she turned facing him.
"Zachary, it's been three years of our marriage. How long do you intend to continue hurting me this way?" Alina asked him.
She could see the rage In his eyes when she glared at him. Zach never liked her or anyone raising their voices at him.
"Alina...." He tried to speak but she didn't let him. She immediately interrupted him.
"Oh, spare me the crap, Zach. I know that it's all my fault, but you do not always have to do your things so cowardly. You could've rejected me the same way I did to you. Instead of torturing me this way. It's been three good years. Haven't I paid for my sins already?" She asked, feeling aggravated by him.
The atmosphere in the bedroom was all tensed up, she wanted to leave there.
"Alina...." Zach tried to speak but she continued again.
"Do you even love me, Zach? Tell me!" She gritted.
"No, Alina. I've never ever loved you. Matter of fact, I see you as my tool everytime" Zach responded.
And just as she expected, he grabbed her into his arms tightly and kissed her aggressively.
She fought and slapped him but he wouldn't stop until she eventually gave in. She hated him so much, but she couldn't withstand his touch.
He took her to bed, not relenting on the kiss, pulling off her clothes while she tore him off. For a moment, she thought that they were settled. Zach's love language had always been sex. He never really expressed himself to her, he only touched her whenever they got into an argument.
Alina moaned his name endlessly beneath him, she couldn't stop or control herself..
