Chapter 4

Daisy's pov Everyone was trembling at the sight of the wolf that had just stepped in. But instead of fear, I was confused, did he just speak now. An animal spoke, how was that possible. While I was still trying to process what was going on, he kept walking closer to me, his eyes didn't leave mine even for a second. And as I stared into it, I could feel a human in there. There was a soul and it bored right into mine, but what confused me was the fact that Finn and his men had back out when in actual sense, they should be calling for more backups. "Are you hurt?" I heard the voice which sent shivers down my spine. It was the wolf, he had spoken just now. That was when I began to shiver, I open my mouth but no words came out, I try to breath or even run but all my body had failed me. Just then, the wolf let out a very loud growl, his voice echoed through the hallway. Finn, Laura and his men all fell on their knee, I could see tears roll down her cheek, the fear was impeccable. Just then, his bones began to crack, slowly the hairs on his body began to disappear, formimg clear and smooth human skin. My eyes pop wide open and I had to blink to be sure I wasn't hallucinate. Just then, A full handsome man appeared just where the wolf had been standing. His hair was jet black, long and Cascaded down to his shoulder, his eyes was hazel down, but they were ethe both beautiful I had ever seen, despite how pale his skin looked down. I couldn't take away the image that a wolf, a beast was standing in that position where it is man stood right now. "Daisy, are you alright?" The man spoke to me, his expression so soft that something flickered inside of me. How did he know my name. What do we happening and how did a beast suddenly transform into a human. "What were you trying to do to her just now?" His gaze finally pulled away from me and when he turned to Finn, they were cold. "I.... I.... She needed her medication" "Medication, Daisy is that true?" He asked me in a defensive manner. Nothing was making sense to me. No matter how much I was trying to put the peife together, everything was blur. But something seemed obvious at this point, this man or beast had come for me, he had come to save me from Finn. Although I couldn't tell how he knew my name or to come here, but I knew that once I was out of here, in would finally die in his hands. Right now. I couldn't worry about that, I had to get away from Finn first and then find a way to get away from the beast. "That is not true!" I finally spoke up soon as I found my voice. "He was trying to kill me, my husband and his mistress!" I announced, pointing at the both of them. The beast let out a loud growl, he walked towards Finn, his hands wrapped around Finn neck as he pjacked him up above the wall. Laura immediately fell to her knee, tears rolling down her cheek. "Please.... Please Sir, have mercy on us.... Please this is all a misunderstanding between the couple" "Couple? I think we are a way past that, he has to agree to sign the divorce" "Yes.... Yes.... I will sign it" Finn spoke hastily with the beast hand still on his neck. Coughing hard as he spoke. That was enough satisfaction for me, the beast threw him to a side and now that his attention was almost at me. I knew it was time for me to fled. I turned around and in that moment, I took to my heels, taking the elevator as quickly as I could but by the time I stepped out of the elevator, he was standing infront og me. His hands folded and a cold expression on his face. "What are you doing?" He asked, I opened my mouth to speak but no words came out. "How did you get here so fast" "I am a werewolf, were you expecting same speed?" He asked and started walking towards and I quickly dropped to my knees. "Please.... Please don't hurt me, I beg of you" I pleaded on my knees, but he stopped at his track, looking almost confused. "And why would you think that I would want to hurt you, I just saved your ass now and you think I want to hurt you?" I bit my lower lip, nothing was making sense, but I knew that no matter how much I thought about why he was here. I couldn't get the Anderson all by myself. "What do you want from me?" "Come with me and would will find out soon" he expressed and started walking towards the door. "No way! You must be nut if you think that I am going to be leaving here with a beast, best I would just let Finn kill me" "First I am not a beast, if I was, you would be dead now and secondly, you will be coming with me. It all depends if it will be with your feet or not" He was staring at me like that was a question and he was expecting me to respond, but rather I turned around and try to fled through the other exit. But he was so fast, faster than anything that I had ever seen. He grabbed me and carried me right on his shoulder. Even though I knew he was strong and so big, I kept resisting, trying to get away from him which was next to impossible. "You need to calm down. Before everyone thinks I am abducting you" he groaned while headed towards the elevator and I thought to myself that once we were out of the elevator, I would scream for help, drawing the attention of everyone. But it seemed like he had read my mind. Soon as we stepped out of the elevator, he gave me a hard punch on my neck and right there. Everything went blank.
