The Hockey Alpha's Therapist Novel Cover

The Hockey Alpha's Therapist

"Is $10,000 for one night's pay not enough? Just tell me and I'll raise it, whatever you want it to be. But you must be prepared to provide 'service' whenever and wherever I want it. Do you get it?" In an era where humans and werewolves coexist, Quinn becomes the fated mate of an Alpha and a very famous ice hockey player, Grayson. For Quinn, who is a massage therapist with a lot of debt, Grayson may keep booking her to do 'service' because he knows she needs the money to pay off her debts and to pay for her younger brother's treatment at the hospital. But for Grayson, who finally found his fated mate, Quinn is not just a therapist who fulfills his superstition, but also someone who is precious to him and needs to be protected before she's taken by another Alpha who also wants her. *** Disclaimer: all characters, terminology, locations, and so on are purely the author's imagination. Chapter 2

**Grayson's POV**

I slapped her butt. "Move properly!"

This was the second time I had warned this bitch to serve me properly. I had high hopes because she was supposedly handpicked by the pimp after I made my request. But it turned out she was very ordinary. She just looks like Quinn, nothing else special, nothing interesting.

"Umm... ah, you're so big, sir."

Enough, I couldn't take it anymore. She wouldn't be able to make me cum if she kept making voices like that.

However, I had to have sex until I cum before the game so I could play well and win. And this woman couldn't make me come after an hour of sex.

"I'm sure you'll cum soon..."

I covered her mouth and grabbed my phone. I dialed a number I had saved five days ago.

I couldn't wait for the general manager to contact her tomorrow. I wanted her to come to me right now. Because I was messed up after meeting her. I also felt that my game on the rink was a little off after that therapy session with her.

"Yes, sir... um, I mean Grayson..."

I didn't listen to the rest of her words because just hearing her voice made me tense again. So I continued having sex while listening to her talk.

But it didn't help me cum either.

"Come here, I'll send the address via message. Take a taxi if necessary so you can get there faster. Do you understand?"

"I got it. I'll try to arrive before midnight."

"Good."

Then I hung up the call and threw my phone carelessly. I also took out my penis and lay down on the bed, staring at the ceiling of my bedroom.

"Sir, I still have one more chance. Let me satisfy you," the slutty woman said again. She immediately put my penis in her mouth and did something else.

I didn't respond and chose to close my eyes, imagining Quinn who would soon be in my grasp.

I was sure Quinn would be able to fulfill my superstition. I was sure because she was my fated mate. Someone I had been waiting for all this time to come into my life after going through various rumors with women who were rumored to have a relationship with me.

Quinn may not know that I am her fated mate, but the moment I saw her at our first meeting at the S-T Arena, I recognized her immediately. She is the one destined by the Moon Goddess to be my fated mate, my soulmate, till death do us part, Quinn Blair Roux. A human and my therapist.

From that day on, when she entered the S-T Arena, I smelled a very rare scent, one that was intoxicating and addictive. That scent came from Quinn, who arrived carrying her shoulder bag, frightened because I yelled at her.

I was forced to yell at her and act rude in front of others because I didn't want any more gossip spreading about the woman who was close to me. I also couldn't admit in public that Quinn was my fated mate because my family would definitely oppose it.

My family believed that my fated mate should also be a werewolf, not a weaker human. They wanted me to have a fellow werewolf partner so that our bloodline would not be mixed and tainted by humans.

That's why I haven't told anyone that Quinn is my fated mate, including Quinn herself, because I want to protect her, I want her to stay safe.

Even though it's not uncommon for humans to be matched with werewolves, it's different with my family. It's not other people who are dangerous, but my own family, because if they find out, they might do everything they can to get rid of Quinn so that my fated mate changes.

Since that day, Quinn has been like ink that won't fade from my mind, sticking like glue and making me addicted to her touch. Since then, I've had no desire for any woman other than Quinn, and I've been forced to do everything I can to fulfill my superstition these past few days.

I tried hiring someone who looked like Quinn, but it didn't help at all. It was actually Quinn's voice on the phone earlier that finally made me cum, even if only a little.

That's why I invited her by baiting her with a large sum of money because I was sure she wouldn't refuse. Even though I couldn't read her mind like I could read other people's minds, I was very sure she really needed the money after reading her resume.

Yes, I had researched and studied Quinn's life history, and I knew she was struggling with heavy burdens, debts, and the medical expenses for her sick younger brother who was currently in the hospital.

After learning all that, I paid off all her debts and covered her brother's medical expenses for the next few years. But I won't tell Quinn that because she would definitely refuse free help. So it's better to use this method, calling her and paying her when I want her to. For now, that's all I can do before I can finally introduce her officially as my fated mate.

"You're getting hard again, sir."

I sighed irritably. My penis had been erect since Quinn answered the phone call earlier, not because of her.

"What if we try it one more time?"

"Go away," I replied lazily.

"Please, give me another chance. If I go back and my pimp gets a report that I couldn't satisfy you, then she won't pay me."

Enough, I've lost my patience.

I grabbed her clothes, walked to the door, and threw it. "I won't report you. Get out now."

But instead of obeying me, she knelt in front of me, licked my penis, and squeezed it.

Actually, I've never been rough with women, but this time he had gone too far.

I pulled her hair and pushed her gently. But she made it dramatic by banging herself against the wall.

"I'll go to the press and tell everyone that you're violent towards the women you have sex with."

What? I was being nice by not throwing her out the window and not reporting her to her boss, but she's acting like this?

Hm, fine, don't blame me if I treat her differently from other women I've never been rude to.

I threw the money in front of her face, the amount I paid her pimp. As I was about to pull her out, I saw a shadow at the front door.

"I hope you lose tomorrow!" the slutty woman shouted as she ran out with my money and her clothes.

Damn it, she's cunning.

I roughly ran my hands through my hair. Today was truly unlucky.

"Sorry... I didn't mean to eavesdrop. After getting out of the lift, I saw this door open and I intended to go in, but you were arguing with someone so I waited in front of the door. I promise I'll forget everything you guys said."

I looked aside, finding Quinn standing with her head down at the doorway.

Oh, maybe my bad luck has finally left me. The Quinn I was waiting for has arrived.

She treated the most lethal males in the city like broken toys. Zev, the Level 6 serpent who's currently choking me, would rather blow up his own heart than spend another day as my slave. I save Rhys, the dying aquatic male everyone left for dead. I season a slab of purple mutant steak until Sam, a battle-scarred grizzly shifter, groans at the taste—and his trust points finally tick above zero. As he stands over the corpse, fur receding from his claws, he stares at me and whispers, "You were testing me." Yes. I was. Because in this world, the weak don't survive. My retirement was finally approved, and I was supposed to be sipping drinks on a sunny beach. Instead, a cold system voice forced me into a nightmare scenario: "Cursed Mates Who Want Me Dead." I woke up in a stinking cave, trapped in the body of a psychopathic tribal princess. The memories that flooded my brain made me sick. The original owner of this body had forcibly marked seven of the continent's most powerful beast-men and reduced them to tortured pets. She had ripped the shimmering scales off Jordi the Merfolk prince, gouged out a proud wolf-man's power crystal, and snapped an eagle-man's magnificent wings. Now, Jordi was a mutilated, terrified mess hiding in a corner. He was so traumatized that he tried to slit his own throat just to escape me. His sister was actively trying to assassinate me. To make matters worse, the system warned me that if I didn't heal these seven ticking time bombs, my soul would be erased. Yet the future timeline clearly showed that these men would eventually unite, burn my tribe to the ground, and dismember me alive. I was paying for a monster's sins. Every time I tried to show mercy, they thought it was a sick new torture method. Words were useless, and my very presence was a trigger. But I am a Tier-S operative, and I don't play the victim. I forced the system to unlock my powers and strapped on my tactical gear. "Stay here and don't starve." I left the trembling Merfolk behind and walked into the deadly primitive forest, heading straight for the powerful Oasis Tribe to take back his stolen scales by force.

Surprisingly, my mere presence and scent instantly cured his incurable madness. But this backfired horribly. He became obsessively possessive, treating me like a fragile, priceless treasure. When I managed to sneak out to the city's lawless slums to gather intel and accidentally saved a dying panther boy, the Admiral went completely feral. He brought an entire war fleet, blotting out the sky, just to "rescue" me. He nearly slaughtered the boy out of blind jealousy, forcing me to throw myself into his arms and cry fake tears to stop the bloodshed. "I'm taking you home. No one will ever hurt you again." He brought me to his flagship's secret medical bay and ordered the Empire's chief doctor to run a full genetic classification test on me. I panicked. If they discovered my true identity as an off-world Alpha, I would be dissected or executed. I immediately commanded my AI system to fake my blood data, aiming for a perfectly average, forgettable Omega result. But as the machine processed my blood, the alarms blared, and the system overloaded. The old doctor fell to his knees in absolute worship, and the terrifying Admiral looked at me with wild, starving eyes. My system had overcompensated. I wasn't registered as average. I was just classified as the only SSSSS-grade Omega in the history of the universe.
