The Alpha Shared Our Intimacy With the Pack Chapter 1
My mate was playing a mating game with his childhood friend, and I harshly berated him for it.
In retaliation, he uploaded our intimate moments to the pack’s shared mind link. When I confronted him, he shrugged nonchalantly, "Bridget was just having fun, and you overreacted, calling her shameless. Now you’re exposed for the pack to see—this is fair."
I turned pale as their mocking laughter filled the room. With trembling hands, I dialed the pack’s enforcers.
---
Castiel hadn’t spoken to me for two days. Ever since he and Bridget had locked lips in a game of Truth or Dare, prompting me to slap him and scold Bridget, he’d been sulking and giving me the silent treatment. Now, on the third day, he reached out, asking me to pick him up from the pack’s gathering hall. Given everything, I thought it was best to clear the air face-to-face.
As I entered the hall, bursts of unrestrained laughter came from the group inside.
"Wow, Cas, you’re really something! Sharing it in full detail without even blurring the faces!"
"Yeah, man, you set it as a public broadcast, and it’s already made you quite the talk of the pack! Quite the Alpha material, huh?"
"If Ramona ever finds out, she’s going to flip! That was her first time, and now the whole pack’s seen it!"
"I have to say, she’s got such a strong aura, and those sounds she made..."
Peering through the crack in the door, I saw the projection they were watching on the large screen. My blood drained from my face. It was the intimate moments of Castiel and me. I had refused when he wanted to record it, but he had secretly filmed it anyway. Now it was laid bare before them, subjected to their vulgar remarks. My tears welled up, my body trembling with anger.
Castiel let out a dismissive laugh, "Serves her right for not playing nice and calling Bridget a disgrace. Now we’re even!"
"Wow, Cas, you’re such a big guy. Is the marking ceremony still happening?"
I looked up at Castiel as he lit a cigarette, exhaling smoke before he replied, "I’m looking for a Luna, not a lead actress."
The room erupted in laughter, and I staggered, nearly losing my balance.
Once I calmed myself, I called Castiel. Silence fell inside as the phone rang.
“Cas, I’m not feeling well.”
“If you’re not well, just stay home and rest. Goodnight.”
Castiel didn’t even notice anything wrong in my voice and hung up without hesitation.
“She’s not coming—still mad. Just wait, when she sees those moments, she’ll come running and begging!”
"Cas, don’t let us miss out on the fun—we want to see it together!"
“I’m curious to see if there’s any difference between her with and without clothes!”
The crude jokes left my mind blank. I took a few deep breaths, stepped back, pulled a scarf from my bag, and stumbled out. I immediately pulled out my phone and searched the pack’s shared link. Seeing my unblurred face, I nearly fainted.
The comments from pack members were even more obscene.
"That’s quite something! Man, you’re generous!"
"Even sharing the first encounter—what a shameless Alpha, but I like it!"
"Is it available for a private viewing?"
"Haha, man, you’re cunning, not showing your face at all—what do you take her for?"
Among all the comments, this was the only one Castiel replied to: "What else could she be but something delivered right to my door?"
My heart split in two as I struggled to keep composed, my gaze falling on the mate mark on my neck. Unable to hold back any longer, I broke down into sobs.
The man I had loved for five years—I had been the one who asked for his mind link in the beginning. But to him, I was just takeout on a plate.
Ramona, you were blind.
Returning home in a daze, I looked through the photos in my album—five years of memories with Castiel. He had called me a free source of solace.
I touched my face, feeling the wetness of my tears. They seemed endless, like a broken dam.
I tore up every photo, burning them to ashes. Then I sat on the floor and looked at my phone, my inbox and voicemail flooded with messages, like unwelcome snow.
This was the gift Castiel had left me.
