“Apenas un leve roce y la chispa de dos ardientes amantes, se enciende”

A la hora pautada, todos los jefes salieron a su almuerzo, Sara pudo ver cuando David salió acompañado del insoportable CEO y de un hombre más joven. Ella caminó distraída revisando los mensajes de su madre deseándole "el mejor de los días".

—¡Sí, por supuesto! —murmuró entre los dientes. Cuando levantó el rostro, tropezó de frente con Ann quien venía saliendo de la oficina de Ben Colling con una caja de papeles.

—¡Disculpa! —dijo nerviosa— ¿Vas a almorzar? —le preguntó a su amiga.

—No, no tengo tiempo. Debo terminar de organizar esto. Parece que aquí no hubiese estado una asistente por lo menos hace una década —respondió secando su rostro.

—Si quieres, te ayudo. Salí tan rápido esta mañana que olvidé mi almuerzo sobre la mesa, tampoco saldré a almorzar.

—¿De verdad, me ayudarías? —preguntó entusiasmada.

—Claro, para que somos las amigas. —sonrió Sara.

Ann se quedó muda, en cierto forma sentía que había sido injusta con su amiga. Durante las horas de trabajo, no hizo otra cosa que escuchar los insultos de su jefe contra Sara y ella, no se atrevió a defenderla.

—Déjame llevar esta caja al depósito. Espérame en la oficina del jefe, ya regreso.

—¡Vale! —Entró a la oficina y quedó impresionada con la rigidez de aquel lugar, todo parecía colocado milimétricamente. Inclusive los libros organizados por tamaño. Tomó la extraña estatuilla con forma de mujer desnuda y la observó curiosamente desde diferentes ángulos —Dios este hombre debe ser psicópata. —murmuró en voz alta, sin notar la presencia del hombre en la puerta.

—¿Qué se supone que hace? —preguntó en tono estridente, Sara se asustó y dejó caer al suelo la figura de arcilla que tenía en su mano. La joven quedó petrificada al ver los pedazos cayendo regados por todo el piso.

—¡Ahhh! —dejó escapar un grito. Ben la sujetó nuevamente por ambos brazos. Ella lo miró aterrada. Pero esta vez, un escalofrío recorrió su cuerpo. Él la observó fijamente, la acercó hacia sí, se aproximó hacia ella.

Sara sintió su respiración agitada, mientras se elevaba en puntas de pie por el impulso. Ella apenas media un 1.60cms y Ben debía estar cerca del 1,90cms. Eso sin decir, que era musculoso y fuerte.

—Lo siento, lo siento —repitió angustiada. Él sintió satisfacción de verla estremecerse entre sus manos. Repentinamente soltó una carcajada.

Ella lo miró extrañada, estaba confundida. ¿Qué le pasaba a aquel hombre? Pensó sin dejar de mirar su sonrisa perfecta y el par de hoyuelos que se dejaban ver en sus mejillas.

—Esta vez debo agradecerle por destruir esa estatuilla, era un obsequio de mi ex. —la soltó, justo en el instante que Ann entraba.— ¿Qué hace usted en mi oficina? —volvió a interrogarla con exasperación.

—Sr Collins, disculpe. Yo le pedí que me esperara aquí. —intervino Ann.

—¿Quién le dijo a usted que mi oficina es para recibir sus visitas, Srta Campbel? —espetó y Ann sintió que se desmayaría.

—Le pido mil disculpas, Sr Collins. No volverá a ocurrir.

—Eso, téngalo por seguro —respondió, mientras se dirigió a su escritorio, abrió la gaveta y tomó su celular.— Cuando regrese espero no encontrar ni una astilla en el piso Srta Clark. —le ordenó. Ella asintió.

Ben salió de su oficina. Ann se cubrió el rostro al ver el desastre en el piso.

—¿Qué hiciste Sara? ¿En que lío me metiste?

—Estaba viendo la estatuilla. Él me sorprendió con un grito, me puse nerviosa y la dejé caer. —elevó sus hombros.

—¡De seguro lo descontarán de mi sueldo! —se quejó Ann.

—No creo que lo haga, espero que no.

—¿Cómo sabes?

—Pues parecía estar feliz de que lo hubiese roto. —suspiró profundamente al recordar su sonrisa— Vamos, tenemos que trabajar antes de que regrese.

Las dos chicas se organizaron y mientras, una ordenaba por lotes, la otra iba colocando cada lote de forma organizada alfabéticamente. En media hora, ya estaban ordenadas todas las carpetas.

En tanto, en el restaurante, Ben, Davis y Michael almorzaban y reían, mientras él les contaba lo sucedido con la nueva asistente. Michael sintió curiosidad por conocer a la famosa asistente de su padre. El tiempo que llevaba trabajando junto a él, se había enredado con tres de ellas. Quizás esta sería una de sus nuevas presas.

—¿Está guapa? —preguntó, enarcando una ceja.

—Vamos Michael, es una niña. No estoy pendiente de eso —respondió Ben.

—Pues bien que te hizo molestar hoy —intervino Davis.

—Era lo lógico, me derramó el café encima. ¿Qué querías que hiciera? ¿Celebrarle la torpeza? —gruñó.

—No, pero tampoco tratarla como lo hiciste.

—No eres el más idóneo para decirme como tratar a las mujeres. —esgrimió, mientras Michael carraspeó la garganta y Davis aflojó el nido de su corbata antes de responder:

—Gracias por recordarme la orden de caución que tengo por culpa de Silvia. —dejó los cubiertos a un lado y tomó la copa de vino de un solo sorbo.— Hay golpes que se ganan. Me tenía hastiado con su celos infundados y sus maltratos verbales.

—Oh sí, te llaman Jhonny.

—Te burlas porque no te ha tocado conocer una de esas mujeres tóxicas y locas que hay por allí.

—Te falta carácter Davis, por eso Silvia siempre tuvo dominio en la relación.

—Habla el experto en controlar las situaciones. Por lo menos, Silvia no me engañó con mi chofer.

Ben sintió que el rostro se le encendía, tomó por el cuello a su socio.

—¡Hey carajos! Nos están viendo todos, papá. —Ben lo soltó bruscamente.

—Creo que regresaré a mi oficina. —se puso de pie, tomó su chaqueta.

Michael intentó levantarse e ir con él.

—No hace falta que vengas, quédate y termina de almorzar.

El joven obedeció. Ben subió a su auto. En pocos minutos estaba de regreso en su oficina. Aún faltaban veinte minutos para la hora de entrada, a pesar de ser el jefe, le gustaba llegar temprano y ser el último en retirarse. Cuando entró a la oficina, encontró la puerta abierta, Sara estaba terminando de recoger los pedazos de arcilla con la pala y la escoba.

—¿Aún aquí Srta Clark? ¿Hasta cuando tengo que verla?

Sara dejó caer la pala nuevamente con el grito de Ben, aún no era su hora de regresar ¿Qué rayos hacía allí? Se preguntó a sí misma.

—No puede ser ¿Qué pasa con usted? ¿Tiene mantequilla en las manos?

—No señor, perdón, perdón. —se arrodilló para recoger la pala y un pedazo de astilla se clavó en su rodilla. —¡Auch! —se levantó sujetando su pierna.

—¿Qué? También sufre de lumbago. —dijo de forma burlona.

—Creo que me corté. —respondió angustiada.

Ben se acercó para ayudarla. La sujetó del brazo y ella se apoyó en él, mientras la ayudaba a sentarse en el mueble. Ella se puso nerviosa al ver la sangre saliendo de su rodilla.

Él tomó su pierna con cuidado y ella sintió su vagina contraerse con el roce de sus grandes manos.

—Creo que no fue mucho. Espere —se levantó y tomó una servilleta. Regresó junto a ella, comenzó a limpiar el hilo de sangre que se deslizaba por debajo de su rodilla.

Cuando él rozó la herida, ella clavó sus uñas en su brazo musculoso.

—¡Auch! —gritó nuevamente.

—Para ser muy altanera es usted bastante cobarde. Apenas la rozo y grita como si la estuviese asesinando.

Sara lo miró con enojo, con un movimiento brusco apartó su pierna.

—Deje, yo puedo sola. No necesito de usted.

Se incorporó, caminó renqueando. Ann la vió y se acercó corriendo.

—¿Qué te pasó ahora? —la tomó del brazo.

—Me corté recogiendo los benditos pedazos de la estatuilla.

—Srta Campbel deje que su compañera vea como resuelve, es muy autosuficiente y no necesita de nadie —dijo con tono irritable.

Sara fue hasta su oficina. Se limpió con cuidado la herida, por suerte no había ninguna astilla en la herida.

Ben, se sentó en su silla, tomó su celular y revisó algunos mensajes.

—Sr Collins, ya terminé mi trabajo. —dijo.

—Wow! Que eficiente. Pensé que pasaría toda la semana ordenando.

—Sí, es que Sara me ayudó.

—¿Sara? —preguntó él, confundido.

—Sí, la Srta Clark. Ella se llama Sara.

Ahora Ben, entendía por qué aquella chica era tan extrovertida, optimista y entusiasta. Su presencia le recordaba a su hermana gemela, quien también se llamaba Sara y había muerto veintiún años atrás en aquel horrible accidente que Ben, nunca ha logrado borrar de su mente.
