Luna Of The Lone Wolf Chapter 1

"I've been having sex with your sister, Freya," Alpha Modrich said to me. I froze, forcing myself not to react. My face remained unreadable, even as his words tore through me. Inside, my chest burned with pain so deep it felt like I couldn't breathe. But I refused to let him see me break. I wanted to scream, to hit him, to make him feel even a fraction of what I felt... but I sat there, silent and motionless, holding myself together while my world crumbled with every word he had just spoken. * * * My name is Freya, the Luna of Alpha Modrich, the Alpha of Goldside Pack. We've been together since I was fifteen years but became husband and wife when I was nineteen. Now I'm twenty-four... married for five years, been together for ten years. When I was fifteen, I was trained on how to be a Luna. Although this union was not built on love but on duty, we are each other's responsibilities. I know he doesn't love me, but I don't know why he'd do it with my sister, of all people. My legs crossed as I stared at the both of them sitting close to each other and holding hands. Like they are teenage lovers, and it burns my chest, but I don't show it... all thanks to all the training I had in the past on how to hide emotions as a Luna. "I–It's not Alpha Modrich's fault. It's mine, sister," Veriel said. I already heard the sweet pretense in her voice. I know my sister more than anyone. She's a manipulator, a deceiver, and a pretender. But she can deceive anyone but me. "Yes, it's your fault. And you should be blamed for all this," I said, and her eyes flew to me in shock. She couldn't believe I'd say that. She thought maybe I'd say... oh no, you don't need to blame yourself... you were naïve and blah blah blah. I am four years older than Veriel, that doesn't make her a little child at twenty. She bent her head down, seeing I don't buy her pretense. "You don't need to be mean to her, Freya," Alpha Modrich said. I gave out a painful smile. He's taking her side? I'm not even pissed at Veriel the way I am pissed at Alpha Modrich. After one sex... the next... the next, and the next, and so on. "Whose fault is it then? Yours?" I asked bitterly. "It's yours, Freya," Modrich said. My eyes flew in bewilderment. How is it my fault? I sat upright, staring at him. He couldn't even look me in the eyes when he spat those lies. Of course, I was prepared for these blames. I knew I'd surely be blamed for it... just as I have been blamed for everything in this life. "No, Modrich. It's not Freya's fault, it's mine, honestly," Veriel said, referring to Modrich as Modrich without the Alpha. Just how long has he been sleeping with her? "If I hadn't... if I hadn't drugged your drink, this wouldn't have happened." Of course, the same thing they told me when they called me and said they had something to discuss with me. Veriel had spiked Modrich's drink and slept with him while he was not in his right state of mind. The next day, when he woke, he didn't shout at her, he didn't inform my parents nor me... rather, he went ahead enjoying what Veriel had started, and he dares blame me for it. "Forgive Veriel, she's not to be blamed, Freya. You forgive lots of people for crimes and disobedience in this pack as the Luna. Why can't you forgive your own sister then?" I stared at Alpha Modrich, my heart shattered. I did things for him. I ruled by him, handled pack cases, and was his wife... and this is how he repays me? I'm hurt, but how can I show it when I've been taught to hide it? "Can you leave me and my sister alone? I think we need to discuss alone," Veriel said to Alpha Modrich, who hesitated before sighing. "Okay. Fine," he said. He stood up and left the living room, and as soon as the door closed, Veriel knelt down and clasped her hands together. "Sister, please... forgive me... I just wanted to know how it feels to have sex, and it just happened." "Liar," I blurted out bluntly. I don't know why she's kneeling down, but it's all a façade. And how dare she lie boldly in my face? She just wanted to know how sex feels when she's not a virgin? Her eyes looked innocent, but only I know she's not innocent. She's cunning and manipulative. "You've slept with different men, and yet you lie boldly in front of me that you just wanted to know how sex feels. And you did it with my husband?" "Does this mean you are calling me a whore?" she asked, faking surprise. Just then, tears started pouring from her eyes, and she started crying. To my surprise, the door flung open and Alpha Modrich came inside and looked at her. He bent to her in shock and stared at me in anger. "What have you done, Luna?" he asked angrily. "Freya just called me a whore and said I've been sleeping with other men other than you," Veriel said, sobbing real hard. Alpha Modrich turned to me angrily. He stood straight and spoke. "When I woke up after our first night, there was blood on the bed, signifying I am the first man she's been with," he said. I know that's not true, and I know this... maybe she manipulated everything. Veriel is the queen of manipulations. Alpha Modrich raised his hand and pointed a finger at me with contempt. "But I won't say the same about you, Luna. There was no blood when we had our first night, which means you've been with men before me. Who is the real whore now?"

Awakening From A Toxic Billionaire Marriage
7.9
I woke up in a sterile hospital room, my head split open from a horrific car crash. But the pain in my skull was nothing compared to the memory burned into my retinas just before the impact: my billionaire husband, Dawson, walking into a luxury hotel with a woman who looked exactly like his dead first love. When Dawson finally arrived at the ward, there was no panic or relief in his eyes. He just coldly looked at my bloody bandages. "Your reckless driving just forced me to postpone the quarterly board meeting." Even our seven-year-old son, who I almost died giving birth to, didn't spare me a single glance. He kicked my hospital bed in annoyance. "The Wi-Fi here is garbage. You're a bad mom! Dad said Aunt Angelita should be the one living with us!" My blood turned to ice. For five years, I had bent over backward, wearing the hideous pale dresses he picked, starving myself to maintain a fragile figure, all to be a perfect, obedient substitute for a ghost. And this was what I got. An unfaithful husband who would rather bury me in debt than grant me a divorce, and a son who wished I was dead. The weak, subservient Charlene died on that wet asphalt. When the doctor pointed to Dawson and asked for his name, I looked at my husband with a hollow, defensive stare. "Who are you?" I whispered. Using retrograde amnesia as my shield, I was going to tear their perfect world apart.
Beauty In The Boy's Dorm

"What do you think people would say if they found out you don't have a dick?" Christian asked, his voice low and dripping with seduction. His hand pressed firmly against my crotch, fingers exploring the flat, unfamiliar emptiness there. A devilish smirk curved his lips. "Or if they discovered these voluptuous breasts you've been hiding so well?" A strangled moan slipped from my throat as his hand slid under my shirt, his fingers brushing over my hardened nipples, teasing them with slow, deliberate strokes. "Which do you think they'd call you?" he murmured, eyes gleaming. "A boy with tits... or a dickless little fraud?" I stared into his hungry blue eyes, words failing me. "The term you're looking for is 'girl,'" came Xavier's smooth voice from the bathroom doorway. He stepped inside, closing the door behind him with a soft click, his gaze raking over me with open interest. "So tell me, little girl... what the hell is someone like you doing in an all-boys dorm?" Christian's smirk widened. "She wants to be devoured by boys like us." His fingers gave my nipple one last firm pinch before he leaned in closer, breath hot against my ear. "And I'll be more than happy to give her a taste."
