Chapter 4

"Well, the broker asked us to meet him here, and in fact, she is here now, and she will be waiting for us in 35 minutes from now!"

Rafal Langlo looked serious and raised an eyebrow in astonishment.

What is Angelo planning?!

"Don't worry, Rafal, leave it to me!"

And he took his cup of coffee and drank a sip from it and started thinking about the only blonde girl in this restaurant who was officially dressed elegantly; surely she was the broker he spoke to a while ago!

It was as if she was reading his thoughts. The blonde girl entered through the door and sat on one of the tables in the front porch. She opened a laptop she was carrying and began writing and browsing through it while drinking from the cup of coffee in front of her. Angelo now confirmed that she is the realtor and sat down to attend the meeting with her clients and liked its arrangement and organization.

Rafal spoke while looking at her, too.

"She is a very young woman, and it is unreasonable to rely on her in moments that seem to be fully focused and in other moments that seem to be lost. How can we trust her?! Her file has not been assigned to any company that works; how can we trust them?!"

"A child or young adult, I don't care; I have already agreed to see the property from the inside. This is the closest thing to what I want to buy and want."

Rafal replied sarcastically.

"I'm saying we get in our Escalade and head back to Miami! Who recommended this place to you?! Look at her—how she plays with the tip of her blouse and tufts of her hair while she's nervous!!"

"Okay, we'll use her tension to our advantage!"

Not interested in Rafal's mockery of him.

Rafal spoke again.

"If I owned this real estate company, it would be impossible for me to put valuable property in her hands to sell. It would be a huge loss if they could trick her into selling it for less than a million dollars. What kind of company is this that trusts a young woman like her to sell them the property of a valuable hotel?!"

Angelo replied.

"Look how she is sitting, and she is excited about our arrival even though I told her we will be in more than half an hour."

“Yes, I can see that too, but I think she is excited because she wants to sell it quickly and get rid of it to get her share of the brokerage.”

"Raval, I want this property, understand?!!"

“Yes, I understand.” Rafael drank the last sip of his cup of coffee and stood up.

"Okay, let's finish this topic and go buy another one. I've seen another real estate site near Orlando."

"You mean it's in the far north of Orlando," said Angelo, getting up from his chair and walking toward Chiara's table, and Bart caught up with them without saying a word as usual. The three walked towards Kiara's table on the front porch of the restaurant.

Kiara raised her head to look at three tall and handsome men in formal suits with their long black coats walking towards her. She got confused and closed the laptop in front of her to focus on them and pay more attention to what they wanted from her. Is it possible that her friend Lilia talked to them about her?!

The man with the big brown eyes and her sharp eyes extended his hand to her to shake her hand, but she remained stunned for a while, surprised!

"Are you Miss Kiara Collins?!"

"Yes."

She replied, feeling confused and astonished, "What made them come to her table, and who are they?!" I felt that they were scary, and around them was a halo of danger!

"I'm Angelo Tomsey. I called you about ownership of the hotel on the beach."

Did they know the whole time they were sitting down to their breakfast that it was the broker?! Were they looking at it from afar, and now they introduce themselves?! Did they expect that they would have the upper hand in their negotiations with me to lease this property?! What unfair and manipulative behavior!!!

She realized that she should shake his hand. She raised her chin up and stood with pride and high self-confidence and shook the hand of the man standing in front of her, who she felt was their leader...

Her fingers touched Angelo's hand, and he felt the softness of her palm in his big hand, and how she gave him strong looks!

"How did you know I'd be here?!"

"We didn't know it was a coincidence that we stopped here and called you, and I knew that you were the broker because your formal clothes indicated you, and I guessed it was you."

"Ahhh"

Chiara replied to them, thinking that the only Santiago restaurant around that opens its doors early in the morning to receive its customers...

After Angelo left her palm, he pointed to the two men standing with him.

This is Rafal Benacci.

Rafal did not shake hands with her but nodded his head and gestured to her respectfully.

And the other guy standing next to him is Bart.

Angelo pointed to the blond-haired man, Bart smiled and put his hands in his pockets, standing full length and taut, and did not shake hands with her.

"Now that we've met and got to know each other, we want to see the inside of the hotel before we make any other decisions."

Chiara replied in a soft, gentle voice.

"Of course, go from here, Mr. Tomsey; follow me."

Kiara closed the laptop in disbelief that they want to enter into the subject of work directly without sitting down to ask her about the lease terms and ownership details because most of her clients do this, asking a lot of questions and setting conditions, which are often annoying to her.

When they came out, following Chiara to the parking lot, Angelo suddenly stopped before she could get them to her car!
