Chapter 3

Lilia spoke to Kiara with an evil smile.

"I don't see any wedding ring on their finger! I might have a boyfriend, but you haven't gone out with anyone since you moved to Kipisco. Why don't you let me introduce you to these men for coffee with them, especially since one of them is still staring at you now and doesn't look!"

"What?!!!!"

Kiara turned behind her again to make sure of Lilia's words and saw that he was still looking at her to come back and look at Lilia.

"No, Lilya, you will not do that. My father will not allow me to have a friend who will chase and frighten him as he did with all his predecessors!"

Lily laughed.

"You also noticed him looking at you. Come on, don't be shy. Go and introduce yourself to them and sit with them for coffee!"

"No, Lilya, I won't. Thank you for taking care of my private life!"

Did your father ever tell you why he prevents you from getting to know or meeting a friend?!

No, he didn't. I tried to ask him several times about the reasons, but every time he changed the subject and ignored my question.

"But now you are an adult woman who takes care of yourself and your affairs alone. I don't think these laws are still important now."

Kiara sighed in a deep, resentful breath as she felt her face turn warm because she thought Lilia's loud voice could be heard by those men sitting there!

"We'll talk about this later tonight."

Kiara stood up from her chair and walked away from the discussion with Lilia because there was no point in introducing herself to them and sitting with them for coffee; with her father's strict laws that completely prevent her from going out on dates with friends, no matter how hard she tried, he always refused and didn't give her reasons, and she always felt his eyes watching her. Even though she is now graduated and has become self-reliant, she lives alone and works to spend on herself. Kiara does not want her hopes to rise, and then she is disappointed; that breaks her heart.

'I will go speak to Mr. Santigo while you serve these men.

On the other side of the restaurant, Angelo looked at this blonde girl, who was dressed in very elegant clothes, on a higher level than all those sitting in the restaurant who were dressed in casual clothes. Kiara wears a soft off-white silk blouse, a short black skirt, and elegant high heels that increase her height and grace. He saw her rosy cheeks while she was talking to the waitress in front of her and asked himself what they were talking about and what did the red-haired waitress answer until she became so shy?!

He couldn't hear them because their voices were so low.

"Good morning, sir. I'm Lilia, the waitress. What brought you to Santiago today?!"

Angelo stared for a long time at the door that closed behind the blonde girl after she left. He started lost in his thoughts. He didn't notice that the waitress came near their table to take their orders. The waitress stood there for a while, waiting for him to notice her, until Rafal made a fake cough to get Angelo's attention! Lily smiled a fake smile, feeling confused.

"We have business."

This is all that Angelo did to the waitress, and he did not explain more how much he hates that restaurant workers interfere in a friendly conversation with customers and ask personal questions and interfere in what does not concern them.

Do they really expect him to tell them about his work?!!

"Hh, okay."

Lilia replied with confusion and grabbed his little girl and the pen and took their requests.

Rafal spoke.

"We all want coffee; make it from fresh, fresh-roasted coffee!"

Angelo raised an eyebrow as he looked at Raval. He knows that his secretary helped him right and his friend. How obsessive he is sometimes, skeptical about the cleanliness of food, and more demanding if he goes to new restaurants he hasn't tried before!

Lilya went and entered the kitchen with their requests for breakfast and came back after a while with coffee, exactly as they asked. Angela needed a cup of coffee to make him feel refreshed and restore his focus.

"Rafal, give me the broker's number. I want to make an appointment to meet him."

"Do you want me to call him?"

"No, I'll call this time."

Angelo took the number from Rafal and opened his mobile to call and was surprised that the number started with the key to the city of Orlando. He expected the broker to be from a local company from the city of Kipisconi!

"welcome"

A woman's voice answered him, and it seemed that it was the voice of a young woman who had never heard a voice like it before. Her gentle and calm voice caught the attention of a girl who seemed to be too young to be responsible for selling large properties.

"Are you Chiara Collins?!"

"Yes, please."

"I'm Angelo Tomsey, and I'm calling you for a property belonging to a hotel on the beach. Is it still for sale?!"

At his question, Kiara remained silent for a while, surprised.

"No, do you have any questions about the property offered?!"

"No, I have no questions. I saw pictures of the building, and I stopped in front of it a while ago on my way to the restaurant. Can I take a look inside today? I won't have another day available on my schedule until next week?!"

"Of course I'm available until 1 o'clock this afternoon. There is a restaurant called Santiago where we can meet; in fact, I'm there now. Do you know the place and address?!"

"Santiago!! Yes, I know where we will meet at the restaurant in...."

Angelo looked at his precious watch on his wrist and looked at Raval.

"35 minutes from now."

"Wonderful, I'll wait for you at one of the tables on the open front porch of the restaurant."

Angelo smiled an evil smile!

"Perfect and great, I'll be there."

Angelo turns off his mobile while Lilia places the plates of breakfast in front of them. Rafal waited until you went for the night and spoke.

“What was that? Did you make a date?!”
