Chapter 2

I got so carried away that I only stopped when she spoke.

"Doctor, why is your method different from others? It's making me itch even more. It feels like ants are crawling inside."

I quickly pulled away. I was afraid she'd realize I wasn't a doctor, "Your case is unusual. We need to fight it with stimulation, draw out the sensation, and release it. That's the only way to cure it," I explained.

I made it up on the spot, yet she believed me.

She lifted herself higher and said, "Actually, after you touched me earlier, it felt a bit better. But now it's itchier. Please, do it again."

Not only was she beautiful, but she was also naive. What luck.

This time, I didn't hold back.

The sensation in my palm was overwhelming. It sent waves through my nerves.

The pressure below grew stronger and stronger. I felt like I might explode.

I had already been aroused, and now it was even more obvious.

I wanted nothing more than to relieve it by pulling it out and sticking it in, but this was a hospital. I had to resist the urge.

Besides, what if someone walked in and saw us?

She swayed her hips and jiggled her back.

She then let out a soft moan.

"Oh! It's so itchy."

My entire body shuddered when I heard that. The urge was driving me crazy.

I wasn't a doctor, and I had no idea how to cure her. I could only keep touching her.

Eventually, even she felt awkward.

"Doctor, are you just going to keep touching me like that? Isn't there another way?"

I looked around the room for equipment.

There were some medical devices and an endoscope, but I didn't know how to use any of them.

I picked up an endoscope anyway.

It was basically a display screen attached to a long, thick tube with a camera.

I probably had to stick it in.

I didn't know any better.

Without thinking any further, I shoved it into her.

She cried out, "Ahh! Doctor, be gentle!"

Only then did I realize I might have been too rough. After all, women had fragile bodies.

I gently moved the endoscope around.

Her breathing grew heavier.

This didn't feel like a medical exam anymore. On the contrary, it felt like something out of an R-rated movie.

Laying on the bed, she began to tremble.

She even started stuttering.

"D-Doctor, have you found anything? W-What illness do I have?"

I placed the display screen in front of her to show what it looked like inside.

"I don't understand. Can you explain what the problem is?"

I was just as clueless as she was.

I continued explaining. "Your condition is a little more complicated. It seems a little tight. We need to loosen it."

She looked at me suggestively. "So you need to insert something to loosen it?"

I nodded and watched her reaction.

Just as I thought, she didn't resist. She nodded and buried her face in the pillow. Her hips were already raised high in anticipation.

My heart pounded. I carefully asked, "What I'm about to insert might be a little different from usual. Do you think you can take it?"

She kept her head buried in the pillow and said, "You can insert anything you want. You're a doctor. It's not unethical at all."

I stood behind her and watched the beautiful sight in front of me.

It felt like I was about to explode.

However, hesitation slowly crept in. What if that wasn't what she meant? Wouldn't I be committing a crime?

She noticed I was hesitating and swayed her hips a little.

"Doctor, hurry up and insert it. I can't take it anymore."

Was she that desperate?

I placed a hand on her waist and rubbed a finger against her vagina.

It was wet. It seemed she had a really strong desire.

Her body trembled a little. She then asked, "Doctor, are you only going to use your finger? Isn't it too thin? Do you have anything thicker?"

She didn't even care that I was touching her with my finger. She really was open-minded.

I tried pressing my bulge against her through my pants to test her reaction.

Not only did she not resist, but she even leaned into it.

"Doctor, why are you still dressed? Can you please hurry up? I can't wait any longer."

Seeing no resistance from her, I finally let go of all restraint and pulled my pants down.

"Hang on. I'm going in–"
