Fated Mate To Alpha

Fated Mate To Alpha

If I could turn back time, I would change everything. I wouldn't have been the weakest Luna, abandoned by those who should have loved me. My name is Emily Freya, born into the Sparkling Star werewolf zone, but from the moment I entered this world, I was cast aside. My parents, along with my entire pack, saw me as a burden-a weakling unworthy of their protection. They distanced themselves, banishing me from the Sparkling Star family and the arena, leaving me alone to face a harsh world. While others thrived in strength and unity, I was left behind, bullied and scorned by those who should have been my allies. Unable to endure the cruelty any longer, I fled the Sparkling Star zone, aimlessly wandering, searching for a way to survive. But with no clear direction, I soon found myself stranded in the treacherous Seaweed Valley, surrounded by danger and evil. Just when I thought all hope was lost, a fierce tornado nearly swept me away into the desert. But fate had other plans. I was rescued by an alpha-strong, fearless, and unlike anyone I had ever known. There was something in his eyes, a sincerity that made me forget my pain, if only for a moment. In that instant, through the warmth of his smile, I began to believe that maybe, just maybe, I wasn't as powerless as I had been told.

Chapter 4

Emily shifted slightly, pulling the blanket tighter around her as she thought about what lay ahead. The Evergreen Clan was still out there, led by Theodore Shawn, a relentless and dangerous vampire. He wouldn't stop until he had what he wanted-her. Emily knew the threat wasn't over, and yet, in Arthur's presence, she felt like she could face anything. His confidence in her had given her strength she hadn't realized she had. Arthur stirred beside her, his eyes slowly fluttering open. When he saw her, a small smile formed on his lips, and the tension that had been building inside her eased. "Good morning," he murmured, his voice deep and a little rough from sleep. "Good morning," Emily replied softly, her own smile spreading across her face. Arthur propped himself up on one elbow, looking at her thoughtfully. "You seem deep in thought," he said, his tone light but filled with concern. Emily nodded, her eyes dropping to the bed. "It's the Evergreen Clan," she admitted quietly. "They're still out there, and they won't stop until they find me." Arthur's expression shifted, becoming more serious. He sat up beside her, his eyes locking onto hers. "They won't touch you," he said firmly, his voice steady and sure. "I'll protect you, Emily. Always." Emily felt a small wave of relief at his words, but she couldn't ignore the nagging feeling in her chest. "You can't always be there, Arthur," she said, her voice barely above a whisper. "I can feel them, like they're closing in on us." Arthur reached out, taking her hand in his. His touch was warm and strong, grounding her in a way that calmed her racing thoughts. "You're not alone in this," he said softly. "We'll face them together." Emily looked up at him, and for a moment, the fear that had been gnawing at her faded away. His smile, gentle but full of determination, made her feel like everything would be okay. She rested her head against his shoulder, closing her eyes for a brief moment of peace. "How are you so calm?" she asked, her voice muffled against his skin. Arthur chuckled lightly. "I've faced worse things than vampires," he said, his tone teasing but sincere. "But nothing has ever been as important as you." Emily pulled back slightly, looking up at him with wide eyes. "Arthur..." Before she could finish, he leaned in, his lips brushing softly against hers. The warmth from his kiss spread through her, melting away the tension in her body. His hands gently cupped her face, his touch tender and careful, as if she was something precious. The kiss deepened, and Emily felt her heart swell with emotion. It wasn't just desire-it was something much deeper. She felt connected to him, in a way she hadn't been connected to anyone before. Arthur made her feel safe, made her feel like she could handle anything that came her way. Arthur pulled back just enough to look into her eyes. "You're stronger than you think," he said softly. "And I'll be by your side every step of the way." Emily's breath caught at his words. For so long, she had felt abandoned, cast out by her family and her pack. But now, with Arthur by her side, she felt like she could face whatever was coming. She felt hope again, something she thought she had lost forever. She leaned forward again, her lips finding his in a kiss that was both passionate and full of need. It was as if all the fear, all the uncertainty she had been carrying, melted away in that moment. There was only Arthur, only the way his touch made her feel alive. Arthur responded with equal intensity, his hands sliding down her back, pulling her closer to him. The heat between them grew, and soon, all thoughts of the Evergreen Clan and the danger they faced were forgotten. In that moment, nothing else mattered but the two of them. Their kisses became more urgent, and before long, they were tangled together in the sheets. The passion between them was undeniable, a force neither of them could resist. Every touch, every kiss sent waves of warmth through Emily, and she gave herself completely to the moment. Arthur's hands moved over her skin, leaving a trail of fire wherever they touched. Emily responded in kind, her fingers tracing the lines of his muscles, feeling the strength in him. She had never felt so connected to someone, so in sync with another person's desires. The world outside the room disappeared as they moved together, their bodies finding a rhythm that felt as natural as breathing. The connection between them was electric, and Emily felt like she was floating, lost in the sensation of Arthur's touch. When it was over, they lay together in the quiet room, their bodies intertwined. Arthur's arms were wrapped around her, holding her close, and Emily felt a peace she hadn't known in years. "You make me feel... safe," she whispered, her voice soft in the stillness. Arthur pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead. "You are safe," he murmured. "As long as I'm here, nothing will harm you." Emily closed her eyes, letting his words wash over her. She knew the danger was still out there, but for now, with Arthur's arms around her, she felt like she could face anything. Later that afternoon, Emily and Arthur sat by the window, watching as the sun began to set. The quiet peace they had shared earlier felt fragile now, as the weight of what was coming settled over them once again. "The Evergreen Clan won't stop," Emily said softly, her eyes focused on the horizon. "They'll come for us eventually." Arthur nodded, his face serious. "We'll be ready," he said, his voice steady. "But we can't do it alone." Emily turned to him, her brows furrowed in confusion. "What do you mean?" Arthur stood up, walking over to the fireplace and poking at the embers. "The Woodland Territory is strong, but we've never faced a threat like the Evergreen Clan before," he explained. "We'll need allies if we're going to stand a chance." "Allies?" Emily repeated, the thought making her uneasy. "Who would help us?" Arthur turned to her, his expression grim. "There are other packs, other territories that have been hurt by the vampires. They'll want to see Theodore Shawn taken down just as much as we do." Emily chewed her bottom lip, worry gnawing at her. "But what if they don't? What if no one stands with us?" Arthur crossed the room and knelt in front of her, taking her hands in his. "Then we'll fight on our own," he said softly, his voice filled with conviction. "But I don't believe we're alone in this. I believe there are others out there who want to see this threat ended." His words gave Emily a small glimmer of hope, but the fear of what was to come still lingered in the back of her mind. She knew the Evergreen Clan wouldn't stop, and she knew that her powers were the key to defeating them. But she still didn't understand how to control them. "I need to learn," Emily said suddenly, her voice firm. Arthur looked at her, his brows furrowed. "Learn what?" "My powers," she explained. "I don't know how to control them, how to use them. If I'm going to help in this fight, I need to figure it out."
