Chapter 4

I finished my reflection pretty quickly. I submitted it right away. After that, Sir Misha made us do all sorts of activities related to recognizing mistakes. Seriously, if he wasn't so good-looking, I would've slapped him already! The question was basically just spinning in circles!

But honestly, I'm kind of enjoying this. It's not that stressful. It actually feels pretty relaxing to just write down my thoughts about all of this. And I'm happy being quiet for once. I'm always so loud, so at least now, I just need my brain and hands to do the work.

Some of the others are still writing the last activity. The one about feelings on going to detention.

Oh, my gosh! Sir's reading my work!!! 😳 ><

Ugh, this is literally the worst thing ever! Having my work read in front of me. It's so embarrassing! What if I made a mistake? I don't want to see their reactions while they're reading.

I want to snatch my paper back! But I'm too embarrassed. Ugh, whatever. He's already reading it, no point in acting up now. Tss.

I just put my hand under my chin, leaning on my elbow on the desk, and stared at him. Sir looked so serious. His head was tilted a little, and he was leaning toward my direction while reading. He had a slight frown. His blue eyes looked cute while he was reading. Moving from left to right.

His shoulders are so broad. His body's built so well, too. His legs are long, but when he was standing earlier, I swear he was shorter than Sir Ross and Sir Samuel. Maybe he's around Sir Crowley's height.

For some weird reason... I'm so giddy over him. Just by looking at him, I feel things.

Here we go again, Oreo. You're totally crushing on him. How amazing am I? I can leave my brain behind, but my flirtatiousness? Nope. Hahaha!

I just laugh and shake my head at my own thoughts.

Ugh, Sir Misha is so handsome. I think I have a crush on him now. Hehehehehe~

"Miss Blanchard..." He suddenly called me in that sexy voice.

"Sir...?" I tried to sound cute, of course.

"What's on your mind?" he said, his voice low and sexy. He walked closer and knelt in front of my desk. "...Is it me?" He smiled all seductive-like.

Oh my God, how did he---

"It's obvious, Orion. I can see it in your eyes..." He reached out and cupped my cheek.

"S-Sir... T-There's someone else---"

"There's nobody here. Just us together." He smiled at me.

Oh.My.Golly.

He leaned in closer. Oh my, is he gonna kiss me??

Is this gonna be my first kiss??

But... we just met! Sir, you're moving way too fast!

"Orion..."

"Yes, Sir?" I responded, playing it cute.

"Orion?"

"Hm?" I gave him my best cute smile.

"Ahem... Miss Blanchard?"

What??

"Oh, no... WAIT! HUH?"

He pressed his lips together, obviously holding back a laugh.

OH MY GOD!!!

I was just imagining things.

Then, I realized he was standing in front of me, calling me. I was so lost in my daydreams earlier!

I was smiling like a total idiot while he called me, completely spaced out. And now he's laughing at me!

HE'S LAUGHING AT ME!!!

He turned around, but I could still hear his soft chuckles.

Ughhhhh!!! I'm so embarrassed, Oreo. I may be morena, but I feel like Snow White's bitten apple wouldn't even look at me right now.

Seriously, how many more embarrassing moments are left today?? AND WHY DID IT HAVE TO BE IN FRONT OF SIR MISHA?? Huhu.

Oh no, he's still laughing huhu 😭

LORD, IS BEING LATE NOW A MORTAL SIN THAT YOU'RE PUNISHING ME FOR LIKE THIS??

At least he stopped laughing. He turned back to me, his face red. You could totally tell he'd just been laughing. SERIOUSLY, SIR? WHY NOT JUST LAUGH IN MY FACE? Ugh, so annoying!

"Okay, Miss Blanchard. You just need to sign here," he went back to his desk. He grabbed a piece of paper and a pen. I immediately walked up to him without looking at him. So embarrassed.

He pointed at my name on the paper. I quickly signed it. I couldn't deal with the embarrassment anymore, ugh!

When I looked up, I met his blue eyes.

I couldn't help but stare. Seriously, why is he so dashing? His eyes are like the ocean!

I'm way too close to him.

I want to move away, but I can't. I'm totally captivated by those blue eyes.

"Miss Blanchard, don't stare at me like that." He suddenly said. But I couldn't figure out the expression in his eyes. There was something different in his voice that I couldn't understand.

Wait, what am I doing? He said don't stare! I think I'm scaring him. Ugh, I'm so embarrassed! I looked away quickly. "Sorry, S-Sir..." I muttered, feeling embarrassed.

He let out a sigh, like he'd been holding his breath. Then he looked away. "It's okay."

So... now what? A.W.K.W.A.R.D.

He cleared his throat. "Your next schedule is tomorrow. Same time, same room." He said formally, not looking at me. His expression was totally blank again, unlike before when we were staring at each other.

I just nodded. I grabbed the form from the desk, my copy proving I attended detention.

It wasn't until just now that I noticed there was no one else here. I was so deep in my daydream earlier that I didn't even realize the other four students had already left.

"Miss Blanchard, you may go." He gave me a small smile. I just nodded again and bowed a little. I didn't dare look at him in the eyes again, don't want to repeat the embarrassing moment. After bowing, I walked out.

I walked out in a total daze. Can someone explain what just happened? I seriously have no idea. And I can't even explain what I was feeling. What is wrong with me? Why was he like that? It's so frustrating. I can't stop thinking about his eyes. And I want to figure him out more because he's so hard to understand. He's like a challenge.

Ugh! My thoughts are all over the place. My embarrassment earlier, how handsome Sir Misha is, those blue eyes, my imaginary almost first kiss, UGH, EVERYTHING!

Suddenly, my phone buzzed. I pulled it out of my pocket. My best friend Kevin Chau had messaged me.

-Kevs

Hey Oreo? Where are you? I looked for you earlier in 212A, but you weren't there.

I quickly replied.

[Just outside. I'm on the grounds. Where are you?]

-Kevs

Stay there, I'll come get you.

Yesss! Kevin's the best. This is why I love him. I really need someone to talk to right now.

[Thanks Kevs. I'll stay here.]

I sat down on a bench under a tree.
