Dangerous Seduction: The Man They All Feared Is Mine
It was city gossip that Aiden Elliott, a powerful figure, was old, hideous, and close to death.
For money, Millie's greedy father, sly stepmother, and jealous stepsister forced her into marrying this so-called dying man.
Refusing to give in, Millie rebelled by spending the night with a male escort-only to find out later he was the very man she was set to marry, the rumored tyrant himself.
"I'm old and ugly?"
"Impotent?"
"You want a divorce?"
Aiden wouldn't let her go.
From then on, Millie became his cherished wife, pampered and protected, envied by everyone.

Chapter 4
Just then, a maid's polite voice drifted in from outside. "Mr. Evans, you're back!" she said.
Jed burst into the living room hall like a thunderclap. Fury ate away at him. He flung an envelope with crushing strength. It smacked Millie square in the face.
"You cursed wretch!" he bellowed. "See what you've caused! You nearly destroyed us all!"
The force knocked Millie's head to one side. Her hair fell into disarray. A scratch opened up on her cheek and started to bleed.
Millie watched the envelope drop to the floor. Her face went white as a sheet.
It was the very envelope she had mailed out just a short time before! It held the photos inside.
Eliza's curiosity got the better of her. She bent down and grabbed the envelope. She pulled out the pictures and looked them over. Her eyes went wide with disbelief. "Good lord!" she cried. "What in heaven's name is this?!"
The woman in the picture was Millie!
The pictures also revealed a man's back.
His face was hidden, but his trim, muscular frame was easy to make out. What grabbed attention most was the black wolf tattoo on his back. Even in the picture, it appeared to radiate a menacing air.
These were several explicit photos. They showed Millie in bed with another man!
Jed's rage knew no bounds. "She's gone completely mad!" he roared. "It's bad enough she doesn't know her place from one day to the next. But now she actually attempted to deliver these disgraceful pictures to the Elliott household! If Aiden caught sight of these pictures, how could he possibly want to wed her? If I didn't have connections who intercepted this mail, our family would be completely ruined!"
Eliza finally grasped the source of Millie's earlier boldness. So this was her game plan!
"Dad, thank goodness you stopped it in time," Eliza cut in. "What would this family do without you?" She looked at Millie with pure glee.
Linda was privately amazed too. She moved forward without delay. She rubbed Jed's back and acted the role of the loyal wife. "Jed, don't lose your temper," she urged. "It's not worth damaging your health over a wretch like her."
Jed looked at Millie's face. Revulsion filled his expression.
"At first, having Millie marry into the Elliott household was just a stopgap measure," he declared. "As long as she went along without a fuss, I could swiftly find a way to help her escape Aiden's grasp. But now it appears there's no need for that! She's so thankless. She almost caused the collapse of the Evans family."
Linda's eyes burned with satisfaction. She had been annoyed by Millie for years. Now that they could get rid of her without trouble, it was surely heaven's work.
She didn't waste time. She shouted commands at the servants. "You there!" she commanded. "Lock Millie up right away! In three days, even if we have to tie her with ropes, we'll force her into the wedding! This match between us and the Elliotts absolutely must not be permitted to fall apart because of her any longer!"
Millie felt complete hopelessness sweep over her. She never imagined that in spite of all her struggles, she still couldn't dodge the fate of wedding Aiden.
Was everything really going to play out just as they wanted? Didn't she even have one last chance to fight back?
Right then, the butler came rushing in. He was in a panic. "It's terrible, Mr. Evans!" he cried out. "A group of men in black have forced their way onto the grounds! Our people can't hold them back."
Jed's face changed when he heard this. "What?" he demanded. "Who dares to break into our place? Call the police! Call them right now!"
But before the butler could make the call, a band of men in black swept in. They entered like a tornado. They encircled everyone who was present.
"Who is Millie Evans?" one of them asked. "We are sent by the Elliott family. Come with us immediately!"

I was Grayson Warren’s "broken doll," a disgraced socialite kept on a short leash to pay off my family’s debts. To the world, I was a fragile liability; to Grayson, I was a pet he could humiliate for sport, forcing me to play the role of a mentally unstable girl while I secretly gathered evidence against his empire.
The cruelty peaked when Grayson forced me to break three years of sobriety in front of his investors, mocking my struggle before making me kneel on a golf course to scrub his shoes. He treated my life like a game, literally betting my sanity against a corporate board seat while he soft-launched a new relationship with a high-profile PR queen.
When the pressure triggered a massive panic attack, Grayson abandoned me in a private clinic just so he wouldn't miss a dinner reservation. Even my own mother turned against me, threatening to leak my psychiatric records and brand me a "violent delusional" if I didn't beg for Grayson’s forgiveness. I was trapped between a man who owned my debt and a mother who valued her estate over my daughter’s life.
I realized then that they would never let me go; they would only break me until there was nothing left. They thought they had erased my soul, but they forgot I was the only witness to the night my true love, Felix, was murdered. I was done being the victim.
I faked a suicide jump off the Queensboro Bridge to go off the grid, then crashed Grayson’s elite gala in a dress that signaled his downfall. Just as Grayson tried to physically crush me one last time, the room went silent. Felix Law, the man the world thought was dead for three years, walked out of the shadows with a federal warrant in his hand.
"Take your hands off her, Warren."
The game didn't just change; it ended. Felix was back from the dead, and this time, we were burning the empire to the ground together.

I was a top patent lawyer until my husband and his lover framed me, destroyed my career, and sent me to prison. For seven years after, I was presumed dead, living as a ghost in a warehouse.
Then, they found me. My ex-husband, Edgar, and our son, Kody, showed up, shocked to see me alive.
They lured me to Kody' s 18th birthday party, but it was a lie. The party was a surprise engagement celebration for Edgar and Celena, the very woman who ruined my life.
In front of everyone, Edgar told me to "let go."
My own son even begged me.
"Mom, please," he cried. "Just say you're sorry."
Sorry? For what? For surviving the car crash they orchestrated to kill me?
I looked at the boy I once loved more than life itself. In the sudden silence of the ballroom, I smiled and asked, "Kody, do you remember the night Celena asked you to slash my tires?"

I was the lead architect for the Pack's billion-dollar tech company, and I was secretly carrying the Alpha's heir.
I thought the merger would finally make Caleb Mark me.
Instead, I walked into my office to find a mistress sitting in my chair.
Caleb didn't just fire me. When I refused to hand over the encryption keys to the system I built, he locked me in a reinforced closet lined with silver mesh.
For a pregnant wolf, silver is poison.
I pounded on the door until my knuckles bled.
"Caleb! Please! It burns! I'm losing the baby!"
I screamed until my voice broke, feeling the life drain from my womb.
But outside the door, his mistress laughed. "Don't listen to her, Caleb. She's just a weak Omega faking it for attention."
And my Fated Mate believed her.
He left me in that dark box while our son died in a pool of my own blood.
He thought he had broken me. He thought I would die a silent death so he could parade his fake heir around.
He forgot one thing: I wrote the code that runs his entire life.
Three days later, I didn't show up to the hospital morgue.
I rolled my wheelchair onto the stage of his global press conference, flanked by the rival Alpha he feared most.
I held up the remote to the main server.
"You killed my son for a lie, Caleb," I smiled into the microphone as the screens behind him broadcast the footage of his crime. "Now, say goodbye to your empire."
