Claimed By My Possessive Billionaire Alpha Boss

As a "wolfless" Omega at the absolute bottom of the pack hierarchy, my only goal was to build a safe, normal life with my fiancé, Dan. That illusion shattered the day I came home early from work. I found Dan completely naked, tangled in my bedsheets with my cousin, Laura. The suffocating stench of their betrayal polluted my home. Dan frantically tried to blame Laura, while she shrieked that they had been sleeping together for months. My sanctuary was destroyed. With no family to turn to, I fled into the night. Heartbroken and desperate for oblivion, I ended up in the office of my terrifying boss, Alpha Kane Cain. Fueled by whiskey and grief, I recklessly surrendered to him, signing a note consenting to whatever he wanted just to make the pain stop. But the next morning, the blinding pleasure was replaced by pure terror. Kane hadn't pulled out. In our brutal world, an unmarked, wolfless Omega carrying an Alpha's child would be cast out and hunted. I panicked, begging him to let me leave, convinced I was just another disposable mistake. Instead of letting me go, the ruthless Alpha's eyes darkened with a terrifying, primal possessiveness. He pulled out the note I had signed in my drunken haze. "You gave me this power, little wolf," he growled, ordering his men to move my belongings to his estate. "Don't pretend you can take it back now."

Chapter 6

Fallon POV

"That's a dangerous promise, little wolf," Kane whispered hoarsely, his large fingers slowly folding the piece of paper.

I remained on my knees on the plush rug, my heart hammering a frantic rhythm against my ribs. The suffocating scent of cedar and winter frost wrapped around my throat, heavy and intoxicating.

Kane stepped closer until the tips of his expensive leather shoes touched my bare knees. He looked down at me, his stormy gray eyes entirely swallowed by the dark, predatory presence of his inner wolf, Ares.

"Unbuckle my belt," he ordered.

The low rumble of his voice carried the undeniable weight of an *Alpha's Command*. A violent shiver wrecked through my frame. Intimacy with Dan had always been a scheduled, predictable routine—a vanilla script I had blindly followed. But this? Kneeling before an apex predator who vibrated with raw, lethal power? It was terrifyingly intoxicating. I wanted this power to burn Dan's pathetic memory to ash.

My trembling fingers reached out, fumbling with the cold metal of his belt buckle. Just as I gripped the leather, Kane's large hand suddenly clamped over my wrists, halting my movement.

"If you undo this, Fallon, there is no going back," he rasped, his jaw clenching so hard a muscle ticked furiously beneath his skin. I could see the agonizing war raging in his eyes—the desperate struggle to keep Ares leashed. "I will not let you walk away after this."

"I don't want to walk away," I breathed, my voice surprisingly steady.

His grip loosened. I unbuckled the heavy leather, popped the metal button of his trousers, and slowly pulled down the zipper. The sound was deafening in the dead silent office.

Kane took a sharp breath and stepped back. "Go to the door. Lock it."

I scrambled to my feet. My legs felt like jelly, but I crossed the dimly lit room to the heavy oak doors and turned the deadbolt. The sharp *click* echoed like a gunshot, sealing us away from the rest of the world.

"Stay there," Kane commanded, his voice dropping an octave, vibrating straight through the floorboards into the soles of my feet. He leaned back against the edge of his massive mahogany desk, his gaze burning a hole right through me. "Spread your legs. Take off your panties."

My breath hitched. A flush of intense heat exploded across my chest and crept up my neck. I had never done anything like this in my life. The sheer vulnerability of the act should have paralyzed me with shame, but the dark, consuming possessiveness in his eyes stripped away my inhibitions.

I reached under my silk skirt, hooked my fingers into the delicate lace, and slid my panties down my legs, stepping out of them. I parted my thighs, pressing my back against the cool wood of the door for support.

"Touch yourself."

The command was absolute. My hand trembled as I slid my fingers beneath the hem of my skirt, finding my own slick, aching heat. The moment I touched myself, a soft gasp escaped my lips. The sensation was blinding, magnified a hundred times by the sheer weight of his predatory stare.

"Imagine it's me touching you, Fallon," Kane murmured, his voice a dark, velvet caress that stroked across my mind. "My scent. My hands. Feel how much I want you."

The image of his large, calloused hands claiming my skin sent a violent jolt of electricity straight to my core. I stroked myself faster, my head falling back against the door. The whiskey in my blood mixed with the intoxicating rush of the *Mate-bond*, pushing me higher and higher. I was spiraling, the tension coiling so tight in my belly that I was ready to shatter.

"Kane..." I whimpered, my hips bucking instinctively as I hovered right on the precipice of a devastating climax.

"*Stop. Now.*"

The *Alpha's Command* hit me like a physical wall. My body obeyed before my mind could even process it. My hand froze instantly. The climax was violently suspended, leaving me gasping, aching, and completely stranded on the agonizing edge of release.

I opened my eyes, my vision blurred with unshed tears of frustration and desperate need.

Kane was gripping the edge of his desk so hard the wood groaned in protest. The veins in his neck bulged, his chest heaving as he fought his own agonizing restraint. My gaze dropped to the opening of his unzipped trousers, where the heavy, thick strain of his erection pushed against the dark fabric, demanding to be freed.

My five-year-old daughter was dying in the ICU, her heartbeat replaced by the continuous, electronic scream of a flatline. I gripped her cold hand, my throat sealed shut by a terror so absolute I couldn't even cry out. I dialed my husband Grayson's private number, the one reserved only for me and his assistants. He declined the call instantly. A second later, a text buzzed against my palm: "In a meeting. Do not disturb. Stop calling." Five miles away, Grayson was at a luxury gala, adjusting his silk tie and laughing with Belle Escobar. He told her I was just being "dramatic" and using our daughter's "fever" as an excuse to avoid the event. He had no idea Effie's heart had already stopped. When I finally reached our penthouse, soaked from the rain and carrying Effie's small socks in a plastic bag, Grayson didn't even look at me. He snapped at me for ruining the hardwood floors and asked if I'd left Effie with the nanny just to "feel sorry for myself." Three days later, while I buried our daughter in a small, lonely ceremony, Grayson was at the Hamptons. Belle posted a photo of him golfing with the caption: "A mental health day with the boys." He didn't even attend the funeral, but he returned home demanding I clear out Effie's room to make a study for Belle's son. The injustice burned through me until there was nothing left. I swallowed a handful of sleeping pills, desperate to join my daughter. But instead of the darkness, I woke up to blinding lights and the scent of Grayson's expensive cologne. I was standing in a ballroom, wearing a blue silk dress I had already burned. Above me, a banner read: "Happy 5th Birthday Kaiden & Effie." I was back, exactly one year before the tragedy. This time, I wasn't going to be the grieving wife. I was going to be their worst nightmare.

I stood in a fifty-thousand-dollar Vera Wang gown, waiting to seal the merger of the century between the Singleton and English families. Everything was perfect, fragile, and obscenely expensive. But minutes before the ceremony, my brother burst into the bridal suite looking like he’d seen a ghost. He handed me a crumpled note from Jeffery, the man I was supposed to marry. "I can’t do it," the note read. "I’m choosing love." Jeffery had fled to Paris with another woman, leaving me to face two thousand guests and a family legacy that would plummet forty percent by Monday morning. Harrison Singleton, the family patriarch, didn't offer sympathy; he offered a cold ultimatum. The wedding would happen, with or without Jeffery. He stepped aside to reveal Declan Singleton, the "Wolf of Wall Street" who had spent the last year ruthlessly stripping my father’s companies for parts. To save my family from bankruptcy, I had to walk down the aisle and marry the man I hated most. At the altar, Declan didn’t just say "I do"; he claimed me with a kiss so possessive it felt like a sentencing. The humiliation was physical, a knife twisting in my gut as the world watched the "hostile takeover" of my life. I was a spoil of war, traded to a predator who believed in leverage over love. Then, Jeffery called, weeping about his mistake and begging to come back. I looked at the massive, perfectly-sized diamond Declan had already prepared for me and realized this wasn't a coincidence. I wiped away my tears and straightened my emerald silk. If I had to live in a cage, I was going to make sure I had the sharpest teeth. "Let's go to war," I whispered to my new husband.
