Chapter 3

Su piel se erizo de solo escucharla, su miembro viril se alzó como una lanza que hubiera sido convocada para una batalla y la razón se escurrió como gotas de lluvia de su ser.

La mejor noche de su vida, eso pensó, aunque era quedarse corto, porque pretendía tener muchas más noches con esa mujer, de la cual aún desconocía no solo su nombre, también su rostro, no por gusto, por supuesto, pero luego de amarla como lo hizo, el cansancio los hizo sucumbir a ambos, un sueño profundo y tranquilo, como el que nunca tuvo, hasta que su don, lo llevo al mismo infierno.

Estaba en nueva York, en un lugar que conocía a la perfección, el olor a gas era más fuerte en la planta alta, provocando que corriera con desespero, aun sabiendo que llegaría tarde.

— No. — dijo en un susurro incapaz de gritar como deseaba hacerlo, y es que el dolor le había arrebatado hasta el aire de sus pulmones.

Sin pensar en su acompañante, solo se puso de pie y comenzó a caminar mientras se vestía en el camino, corrió por el vestíbulo del hotel casino, al tiempo que marcaba con desespero el número de Hades, el afamado asesino que era como su tío y que vivía en el mismo terreno que sus abuelos Amir Zabet y Candy Ángel.

— ¿Diga? — la voz que en un principio era somnolienta, cambió radicalmente cuando volvió a preguntar, pues era sabido que las llamadas de Rusia a esa hora no eran por cosas buenas. — Lukyan ¿Qué sucede? — la muerte blanca lo apodaban, pero en ese segundo se sentía como un niño miedoso a perder a quienes más amaba.

— Los abuelos… hay una fuga de gas en el pasillo de su habitación. — logro decir sintiendo que el corazón se le detenía, sintiendo la impotencia de haber perdido mucho más que sus abuelos esa noche.

Mentiras y verdades:

Dasha regreso a su hogar, tardando más de lo necesario, no era por tener dudas su demora, ella sabía que hacer, o por lo menos la decisión estaba tomada, amaba a ese bebé, ese mismo que acaricio dentro de su vientre, creyendo que era de Alek, pero ahora… ¿qué diferencia había? Sea del castaño o de un desconocido, no le importaba porque era suyo, solo necesitaba un poco de ayuda con su padre, el clan Neizan no era el único que tenía leyes, los Morozova también tenían las suyas, si bien estaban un paso más abajo que el clan Neizan, aun así eran poderosos, grandes señores mafiosos salieron de esa familia y aún más grandes señoras que todo dirigían, pues tras un gran hombre, siempre hay una gran mujer, fue por ello que tanto Dasha como su hermanastra Harum, fueron criadas bajos grandes valores morales, las mujeres eran preparadas todas sus vidas para complacer a sus maridos, pero también para pensar por ellos, un embarazo de un desconocido no sería bien visto, claro que no.

— ¡Harum! o Harum, gracias a Dios que ya regresaste. — casi grito con euforia cuando al abrir la puerta de su cuarto vio a su hermanastra sentada en su cama.

— Dasha, hermosa Dasha. — fue todo lo que dijo, al tiempo que respondió el abrazo de la pelinegra.

— No sabes la falta que me has hecho… —Y con esas palabras, comenzó su relato. — Realmente no comprendo lo que sucedió, solo… amo a este bebé Harum yo…

— Tu, no eres más que una cualquiera. — la fría respuesta de quien consideraba su hermana la dejo sin aire, aun así, logro reponerse y preguntar.

— ¿Qué?

— No, decir que eres una cualquiera es quedarse corto, tú no eres más que una ilusa, una estúpida soñadora, una idiota que creyó poder quitarme a Alek. — mientras la castaña sonreía con regocijo al ver el rostro acongojado de Dasha, esta solo pudo ponerse de pie, mostrando su enojo, aunque más parecía un gatito furioso, a pesar de que ella era un año mayor que Harum, el brillo de sus ojos le concedían una inocencia que la castaña no tenía.

— ¿De qué rayos hablas hermana? — las carcajadas forzadas de Harum la dejaron en silencio.

— ¿Hermana? ¿Cuándo un león puede ser hermano de un conejo? Despierta Dasha, tú y yo no somos iguales, como tu madre no era igual a la mía. — eso era un golpe bajo, pues Kendra madre de Dasha, si era igual que Miriam, ya que eran hermanas gemelas.

— No estoy comprendiendo tu comportamiento…

— Y no podrás, porque siempre has sido fácil engañarte, ¿en verdad pensaste que dejaría que tú formaras parte del clan Neizan? No, claro que no, fue tan fácil abrirle los ojos a Alek, mostrarle que tan lujuriosa eres. — su sonrisa, su macabra sonrisa la estaba sacando de quicio.

— Tú…

— Te envíe al hotel casino, ¿recuerdas que tu misma me contaste lo deseosa que estabas porque Alek te hiciera suya? Bien, aunque claro que no fue Alek quien tomo tu cuerpo, ese día varias habitaciones del hotel casino estaban a nombre del clan Neizan y ¿sabes por qué? — solo pudo negar con la cabeza, pues la lengua se le había dormido de tanto morderla por no querer gritar. — Porque era noche de golfas, putas que acudirían a ese lugar preguntando por una habitación a nombre de Neizan, para que los trabajadores del clan disfrutaran, ve a saber con cual te revolcaste. — estaba disfrutando de cada gesto de dolor de Dasha, la pelinegra podía ver su regocijo.

— ¿Por qué? ¿Qué te hice para que me hicieras tal atrocidad? — pregunto aun aguantando el dolor que el nudo en su garganta le ocasionaba.
