Chapter 87

It was already past midnight when the couple finally got tired of making love.

Cyrus wanted to feel bad for his mate because Aria looked totally wrecked, her body full of his love bites.

So when the omega's stomach started to grumble asking for food, the pure blood alpha couldn’t help but laugh.

" if you keep laughing at me, I'm gonna kick you out Cy! Give me some food!" Aria whines as she pressed her naked body on her mate.

"Alright then, let's go get some food baby." Cyrus said before standing up to grab the fresh shirt he was about to wear a few hours ago and helped the omega to wear it instead.

Aria smiled at the alpha before she informed him where to get the boxers. Cyrus chose to wear the black boxers he spotted in Aria’s drawer before he picked the white lace panty for his omega.

“Why the hell would you let me wear that when--- Cyrus, I'm already so sore!!!!" Aria yells at his mate who's snickering while helping her wear the skimpy undergarment.

"I promise I won't do anything baby. I just want to see you on it." Cyrus smirks as he playfully smacks her ass.

The omega hates how she loves the pure blood so instead of arguing with him, she just latched on his neck before they both went into the kitchen.

Cyrus didn't even bother to wearing a shirt since he knows that they have the penthouse of his brother to themselves.

The pure blood alpha gently put her down into one of the stools in the kitchen island before he went to check the fridge.

He spotted some pecan pie that is still on the box and decided to give it to Aria first while he makes a quick late dinner for them.

The  omega looked so sinful with the crumbs of pie around her lips and Cyrus wasn't able to control himself again.

He leaned closer to her to devour her lips once again with the excuse that he's just cleaning up her mess.

The two started to get carried away since Cyrus’s hands found its way to Aria’s  plump ass.

He loves the soft texture of the lace panty Aria was wearing and he was about to push it on the side so he could touch her again when they suddenly got startled by the loud crash of the aluminum tray.

"For heaven's sake. Good Moon, please forgive me. My eyes!" Felicia screamed as she quickly left the scene.

Aria and Cyrus end up laughing when they realized how awkward it was for the older woman to see them in their new position where Cyrus about to eat out his omega.

"I swear to Luna  Cyrus, can we eat real food now?” Aria begs when he hears her stomach growling again.

"Sure baby but after I stuffed your mouth with this first." Cyrus naughtily whispered while rubbing his fully erect cock on Aria’s lace panty.

Needless to say, the two managed to eat their favorite food again before they finally managed to eat their real dinner.

Cyrus tidied up the kitchen first before he carried his mate back to the bedroom.

And because the omega was too tired already, she immediately fell asleep into her alpha's arms.

"I love you so much Aria.. thank you for coming back to me baby. I promise I'll do everything for you to finally stay...this time, forever." Cyrus whispered in his sleeping omega's ear.

People define love in many different ways. Love is a deep, tender strong feeling of affection towards a person, it's an emotional attachment. Some people say that love means to commit oneself without guarantee, to give oneself completely in hope that their love will produce love in the loved person. Some people say love is an act of faith and whoever is of little faith is also of little love.

But for Cyrus who's now Cyrus Ashbourne love is what he feels while looking at the peacefully sleeping omega beside him.

Love is when you feel like the whole world is breaking apart but your heart is still beating because you know that someone is holding it dearly even when you can't see them.

For the pure blood alpha, love is when two people not only endured but passed the test of time, and at that moment while he's staring at his fated mate, he knows that what he has is the purest kind of love anyone could ever wish for.

Cyrus continues to watch over Aria who's snoring softly beside him. He silently thanks the heavens over and over for bringing the love of his life back not only to him but also for their pup.

He remembers the night he almost thought he had lost Aria and before he knew it, tears were suddenly rolling in his cheeks.

He smiles to himself while wiping away the tears. He knows that the tears are not because of pain, longing and sorrow anymore, they are now tears of bliss for having Aria back. Cyrus sighs as he pulls his mate closer to him as if they were not close enough, his action makes the other stir.

“Cyrus?" Aria mumbles with his raspy voice.

"Hey baby, I'm sorry. Did I wake you up?" He asked before planting a gentle kiss on the Omega's fluffy hair.

Aria yawns as he wraps her arm around his torso. She loves how their bodies are always so perfectly aligned. The omega is still smiling to herself when she lifts her gaze to meet her alpha's eyes.

"No, I'm actually---wait, Cy why are you crying?" Aria blurted out, all the sleepiness suddenly gone when she saw the alpha crying. She knows they made love the whole night so seeing the strong alpha crying first thing in the morning really alarms her. Her body is so sore too but that doesn't stop her from quickly sitting up so he could cup Cyrus’s face with her hands.

The pure blood alpha can't help but feel guilty when he saw Aria wincing, probably still sore because of how hard he went on her the previous night.

"Hey...no I'm not--"

Healing My Seven Broken Beast Mates Novel Cover
9.4
My retirement was finally approved, and I was supposed to be sipping drinks on a sunny beach. Instead, a cold system voice forced me into a nightmare scenario: "Cursed Mates Who Want Me Dead." I woke up in a stinking cave, trapped in the body of a psychopathic tribal princess. The memories that flooded my brain made me sick. The original owner of this body had forcibly marked seven of the continent's most powerful beast-men and reduced them to tortured pets. She had ripped the shimmering scales off Jordi the Merfolk prince, gouged out a proud wolf-man's power crystal, and snapped an eagle-man's magnificent wings. Now, Jordi was a mutilated, terrified mess hiding in a corner. He was so traumatized that he tried to slit his own throat just to escape me. His sister was actively trying to assassinate me. To make matters worse, the system warned me that if I didn't heal these seven ticking time bombs, my soul would be erased. Yet the future timeline clearly showed that these men would eventually unite, burn my tribe to the ground, and dismember me alive. I was paying for a monster's sins. Every time I tried to show mercy, they thought it was a sick new torture method. Words were useless, and my very presence was a trigger. But I am a Tier-S operative, and I don't play the victim. I forced the system to unlock my powers and strapped on my tactical gear. "Stay here and don't starve." I left the trembling Merfolk behind and walked into the deadly primitive forest, heading straight for the powerful Oasis Tribe to take back his stolen scales by force.

Ninety-Nine Times, Then No More Novel Cover
7.3
This was the ninety-ninth time I caught my husband, Chase Vargas, with another woman in our five-year marriage. I stood in the hotel doorway, numb, tired of the cheap perfume and his cold, familiar eyes. But this time, his mistress, a blonde woman, hissed, "He told me all about you. The pathetic wife he's stuck with because of some business deal. He said he can't stand the sight of you." Her words, meant to hurt, were things I already knew, things Chase had made sure I understood. Still, hearing them from a stranger felt like a new humiliation. She lunged, scratching my face, drawing blood. The sting was a surprising jolt in my numb world. I wrote her a check, a routine part of this pathetic scene. Then my phone rang. It was Chase, calling from across the room. "What are you doing? Are you making a scene? Clean it up and get out. You're embarrassing." He thought I had orchestrated this, that I was the embarrassing one. The betrayal was casual, complete. "I'm tired, Chase," I said, the words finally coming from a place I thought had died. "I want a divorce." He laughed, a cruel sound. "A divorce? Elena, don't be ridiculous. You love me too much to ever leave me." I hung up. He then handed me a signed divorce agreement, telling me his true love, June, my adopted sister, was back. He wanted me to play the dutiful wife for her welcome-home concert. My heart, which I thought had turned to stone, felt a final, crushing blow. He wasn't divorcing me because I wanted it. He was divorcing me for her. I signed the papers. The ninety-ninth time was the last time he would do this to me.
