Chapter 3
Not far away, Zoran was caught under the spotlight.
“Ms. Clark! Turn off the screen!
“The rest of the photos must not be released!
“If not, you’re done for!”
The colleagues in the audience looked on with curiosity.
It was clearly a blatant threat!
“What do you mean?
“Why didn’t you think you’d get caught when you were cheating? Are you finally regretting having the truth come to light?”
Zoran’s fiancee pointed at his nose and screamed at him.
“Zoran, I’m spending my money to plug the holes in your company, and you’re keeping a mistress on my dime?
“What are you afraid of now?
“Are you afraid that other people would see your little lover’s body?!”
Zoran shook his head. He took two steps forward to grab Winika’s arm and tried to shut off the screen with his other hand.
Winika paid no heed and shoved him away with her free hand.
He stumbled back a couple of steps and nearly fell to the floor.
Winika let out a cold laugh and turned to all the colleagues.
“I’m just letting everyone enjoy a little show of how Ms. Jones climbed the corporate ladder!
“Boss, the more you try to stop us from looking, the more curious everyone will get!”
I glanced at Zoran, who was still staggering from the shove. I snorted coldly.
Winika displayed every single photo for everyone to see.
With each tap, the colleagues below let out a collective “Wow.”
“This one’s from the secretary’s office! They sure know how to have a good time!”
“Ms. Jones, you’re disgusting. You even went into someone else’s office!”
“This looks like Mr. Lane’s house!”
“Is this from that dinner party?
“You guys actually did this while everyone else was eating?!”
Our colleagues’ faces grew more and more excited. After all, they’d stumbled upon a rare juicy scandal!
Many people raised their phones to record the entire scene. They were eager to share it later.
In the back row, two guys were carrying cameras. They were media reporters whom Zoran had hired.
They were snapping away nonstop.
It was a scoop! It was a documentary of the boss and his junior employee going at it for hundreds of rounds!
Zoran had invited them. He could not blame them for this!
The photos were indeed racy. It was a shame that they were all masked.
But the clothes that barely covered their bodies were the best proof.
Winika glared at me with a ferocious expression.
“If you dare to wear clothes like that, I wouldn’t even dare to look!
“Ms. Jones, why don’t you take your clothes off right now and show everyone?
“You’re such a harlot. You must love it when people look at you, right?”
I had a look on my face like I was just there to watch the show.
It was not me, so I might as well just sit back and watch the show!
By the time we got to the last two photos, I could clearly see two snow-white bodies even before clicking on them.
Winika glared at me and reached out to click.
“Let’s see what you have to say now!
“Everyone deserves to see just how shameless you really are!”
Her expression was frenzied. She was beyond caring for anything.
I shook my head and offered my advice.
“Winika, you’d better turn off the screen right now. Otherwise, no one would be able to save you!
“If you want to try, go ahead!”
She thought I was threatening her.
Winika laughed coldly.
“Save me?”
“What else can you do besides threaten me?”
“Didn’t you just say that it wasn’t you? Why would you want me to turn it off now?”
She reached out and lightly rested a hand on my shoulder. Her smile grew wider and wider, like a madwoman.
“I can turn it off if you want!
“Slap yourself ten times and shout from the stage, ‘I’m the other woman, I’m a harlot!’ Then, I’ll consider stopping!”
Winika was absolutely delighted.
“Winika, do you want to ruin your career?
“I advise you to think carefully!”
Winika shoved my hand away.
“My career? My foot!
“Since you won’t do it, don’t blame me for this!
“Let’s just treat this photo as another year-end bonus for everyone! It’ll be a good chance to see just how wretched you really are!”
She turned around with a laugh and clicked to play the last slide.
“Everyone, take a good look! This is a special treat from Ms. Jones!”
On the big screen, the slideshow continued.
As the scene popped up, a stark white figure appeared before the crowd the next second.
The final photo froze on the big screen.
It was in 4K resolution. Even the bells on her lingerie were crystal clear!
The person in the photo was sticking out her tongue while leaning between a man’s legs.
She was finally unmasked.
However, the face was unmistakably Winika’s!
