Chapter 1

After setting a date with my online boyfriend to meet in person on New Year's Eve, I prepare a dress that will drive him mad. I also prepare a gift for him.

To my surprise, he brings his twin brother with him. That's not all—he's only reserved one hotel room.

I laugh when I see the identical faces before me.

After taking my shower, I took a photo of my alluring reflection in the mirror and sent it to my online boyfriend, Howard Webb.

I thought about it and decided to send him a suggestive message that read, "Look at my collarbone, sweetie. I accidentally bumped it against something. How annoying!"

In the photo, my towel was the only thing covering my body since I'd just taken my bath. I purposely struck an enticing pose that seemed extremely seductive.

It was what I was best at. When we were dating online, I'd always flirt with him to the point where he became flustered.

The mark on my collarbone was the main focus in that photo. It made the picture appear even more suggestive.

Although he wasn't there with me, I could already foresee his actions later that night. I believed no man could resist such a lovely gift.

Indeed, I soon received his messages. Howard sent me several drooling face emojis, followed by a few more texts.

"You're gorgeous, babe! I can't wait to meet you!

"I'd blow on your wound to help alleviate the pain if I were with you. Then, I could kiss my sweet little darling.

"I like you so much, babe."

Feeling pleased, I read his messages before taking a sexier photo with my towel slightly loosened.

"Do you like it?"

Howard's answer was exactly as I expected. He'd grab me right now if he could.

"You're so naughty, honey. Don't seduce me anymore."

I felt satisfied. In a cutesy voice, I blew a kiss to him in a voice message. Then, I typed out a question that had long since been in my mind.

"Then, let's meet up on New Year's Eve, can we? We've been dating for quite some time now. I really want to see how you are in real life. I long to wake up in the morning with you beside me, sweetie. Please?"

When I brought that up, Howard was less enthusiastic than before. He paused for some time before replying to me. Thankfully, he agreed and promised to celebrate New Year's Eve with me.

"I've bought the plane ticket. I'll arrive at Amesville on the evening of the 31st. I've booked a hotel room, too. Wait for me, babe!"

I was excited. After all, I'd been yearning to see him.

I got to know Howard through a dating app. Initially, I liked his photo as he was handsome. Unexpectedly, he responded in no time and followed me back.

He most probably was attracted to my looks, just like me. After seeing my selfie, he texted me.

There would always be a pivotal moment to the start of a new relationship. He was talkative, and I was lonely. Moreover, he had an extensive knowledge in a wide array of topics. He could talk on and on about anything and had unique perspectives on each of them.

To my delight, his viewpoint on life was very similar to mine. We were both joyful, as though we'd found our soulmates among the billions of people on Earth.

When we first knew each other, we even chatted through the night. We'd talk about Bill Lakespeare and Madison Hatcher, or maybe some other celebrity's scandal.

However, humans could never escape worldly desires. After confirming that we both had feelings for each other, I wasn't only attracted to his personality but also to his body.

He'd always send photos of him working out in the gym. Sometimes, he'd show me his abs and biceps.

His build matched my preference. There was no way I could look away from him. His side profile, in particular, which I would occasionally see in his photos, boasted of a masculine jawline.

And thus, we started dating in no time, and our relationship had been going on for half a year.

In a few days, I could finally see him in real life.

At the thought of finally being able to be intimate with the man I'd been yearning for, I couldn't help but lick my lips in excitement.

Right then, I would never have expected how thrilling and unforgettable our meet-up would be.
