Chapter 2

On the first day of our trip, we arranged to meet at the train station. The four of us booked an entire private sleeper cabin.

Faye and I took the lower bunks, while the two men took the top.

Stevie arrived early, while I had rushed straight from the office and made my way through the heavy traffic, barely catching the train in time. I didn't have the time to change, so I had to jog through the station in my work clothes.

The pencil skirt was daringly short and barely skimmed the tops of my thighs. Beneath it, sheer black fishnet stockings on my legs, paired with red, striking four-inch heels, added to my untouchable, dangerous allure.

Walking through the station, I felt eyes on me. Gazes traced my curves with glaring hunger that made me nervous and electric with excitement.

I knew that I was beautiful and what men would call a rare stunner. Every time I felt the heat of gazes lingering on me, a thrill rippled through my veins.

I had always dreamed of being pinned down by someone powerful as their massive hand roamed across my skin.

Moving in a hurry, I stumbled, just for a pair of strong arms to catch me before I could hit the floor.

"Are you okay?" A man's deep, hoarse voice sounded atop my head.

It was a tall and broad-shouldered man with thick, solid muscles on his arms. He wore a plain white tee that strained against his broad chest and shoulders as his tanned skin added to the raw strength he exuded.

His skin was warm, and the thin fabric did little to contain the heat that constantly radiated off him.

As he held me, his eyes dropped to my cleavage that was barely covered by the low neckline of my white blouse. The heat in his gaze was almost impossible to ignore.

I murmured, "I-I'm fine…"

His powerful, stone grip held me so hard that I couldn't shove him away at all. My limbs were already numb, while a familiar ache pooled between my thighs.

"Let go, Gaston!" My face was flushed hard.

The six-feet-three, muscular man was Gaston Walters, Faye's new boyfriend and a gym owner.

The train station was crowded with hustlers. As the two of us held each other tightly in that embrace, passersby glanced our way.

I was terrified that Faye would see us and misunderstand, so I quickly hissed for him to let go.

Gaston seemed unsatisfied. No one knew it was intentional or not, but as he pulled away, he brushed his arm against my rear.

Flustered and embarrassed, I rolled my eyes at him and rushed toward our cabin, while he strolled leisurely behind me. The corners of his lips curled slightly as he watched the sway of my hips.

When I arrived at the cabin, Faye and Stevie had arrived. She sat on the lower bunk, snuggling close to him as they laughed at something on a phone screen.

A faint discomfort settled in my chest, but when Faye saw me, she didn't look awkward at all. Instead, she got up to greet me. "What took you so long, Vera? We've been waiting forever!"

Stevie looked up and asked in concern, "Are you feeling okay?"

Seeing nothing unusual in their expressions, I relaxed a little, nodded, and decided not to dwell on it.

Gaston came in right after and casually took a seat on the opposite lower bunk. And with that, our trip of four began.

"I need to use the restroom," Faye announced and got up to leave, while Stevie received a sudden call from the hospital and stepped out of the cabin.

Now, it was just Gaston and me, sitting face to face on the lower bunks with an unspoken tension hanging between us.

My skirt was short, and when I sat, it rode up to the top of my thighs with my black-stocking-clad legs fully exposed to his gaze.

Gaston's eyes darkened and churned with open desire as they swept over me. We had only met once and weren't particularly close, but I could sense his boldness after meeting him more for this trip.

Under his stare, I grew warm and subconsciously pressed my thighs together. I was wearing a thong underneath, but his stare left me feeling like I was stripped naked.

My body had grown deeply sensitive after being starved of a man's touch for so long. Now, under his intense stare, I was starting to feel weak and tingling.

Just as I wished to stand up, a strange longing held me back, and my legs felt like jelly.

The cramped air in the cabin cackled with static. When I said nothing, Gaston's gaze turned even more predatory. The only sound left in the room was his heavy, rhythmic breathing.

Suddenly, the cabin door slid open. Stevie was back, and his presence seemed to shatter the odd tension in the room.

I scrambled to my feet, grabbed a change of clothes from my bag, and headed for the restroom.

There wasn't much to do on the train, so after dinner, we all turned in early.

The walls in the cabin were thin, and it wasn't long before an argument broke out in the neighboring cabin. The noise woke Faye, and she insisted on swapping bunks with Gaston, claiming the upper bunk would be quieter.

After pulling on her sleep mask, she popped in her earplugs and drifted back to sleep.

Lying on the bed with my eyes closed, the fierce, smoldering look in Gaston's eyes kept flashing through my mind. The long-suppressed desire seemed to surge through my body like a crashing tide.

I couldn't help but withdraw my phone under the covers and pull up some videos.

Since I wore headphones, I didn't think much about turning up the volume and releasing my desire.

Suddenly, I felt a blast of hot air against my ear. Amid the moans in the video, Gaston's raspy voice cut through. "Your headphones are leaking, Vera."

With a jolt, I ripped off the headphones and looked up to find Gaston leaning over to stare at me. A silver of moonlight filtered through the curtains and caught the dark, hungry desire in his eyes that was fixated on me.

Startled, I nearly cried out loud, but he clamped a hand over my mouth. "If you're lonely, I can help."

I frantically shook my head. Though it had been a long time since I had been with a man, Gaston was Faye's boyfriend, and I couldn't possibly hurt her.

Besides, I was married, and this was terribly wrong.

But even as my mind screamed no, the strength in my pushing hands grew weaker, and my body trembled slightly while I was pinned beneath him. Just his scent alone was intoxicating.

"Don't… Wait…"

"It's fine, Vera. I'll be quiet, so they won't wake up."

He slowly leaned in as his massive, heated palm slid under my covers to rest on my hips, which I had always been proud of, and began kneading.

To sleep more comfortably, I had removed my undergarments beneath the blanket, so now, I was just wearing a thin nightgown.

Gaston's strong, broad frame pressed tightly against mine and was only separated by a thin bedding layer. The hard planes of his muscles dug into me painfully.

With one hand, he gripped my rear and pulled my lower body firmly against his.

He was so massive and solid… I could even feel the surging heat in his lower body and began wondering how incredible it would feel if only Stevie was this powerful.

My vision blurred as I gave in. Seeing the daze in my eyes, Gaston smirked and gave a slow, firm thrust against me.

My mind practically exploded. A violent wave of heat crashed through my body, and with that, Gaston, Faye's boyfriend, had me coming completely undone.
