Reborn Luna: Rejecting My Cruel Alpha

Reborn Luna: Rejecting My Cruel Alpha

I was the fated mate of Ryker Blackwood, the future Alpha, but my lack of an awakened wolf made me a pathetic joke to his pack. Instead of protecting me, he publicly rejected me, chose the manipulative Lilith Vane as his Luna, and locked me in a freezing dungeon. While the entire pack cheered for their final mating ceremony above, I rotted in heavy chains below. When a rogue attack killed our unborn pups, I reached out to him in agony, but his voice through our fading bond was like splintered ice. "Our pups are dead. Don't bother me again." He didn't care at all. The casual dismissal shattered my inner wolf, and I died in that filthy cell, suffocating on my own despair and a hatred so potent it burned through my last breath. Until my last moment, I couldn't understand why my absolute devotion was met with such cruel betrayal, and why my fated mate let our children die without a second thought. Opening my eyes again, I wasn't in the dungeon. I was back in my seventeenth year, choking on the icy water of the lake Lilith had just pushed me into. Seeing Ryker's arrogant sneer and Lilith's fake concern on the shore, I didn't cry or beg for his attention like I did in my past life. This time, I would publicly sever our sacred bond, awaken my true Alpha bloodline, and make them pay for every drop of my blood.

Chapter 3

Seraphina Thorne POV: The familiar comfort of my own room in the Thorne Packhouse was a sanctuary. The scent of cedar and dried lavender, the soft furs on my bed—it was all so different from the cold, damp stone of my final memories. The past was a ghost, but here, in the heart of my home, it felt distant. A soft knock preceded my mother's entry. She carried a steaming mug of chamomile tea, its gentle aroma filling the air. She sat on the edge of my bed, her expression a mixture of love and concern as she smoothed a stray strand of hair from my forehead. "Sera," she said softly. "Tell me what truly happened tonight. You've never spoken to Ryker that way before." I knew I couldn’t tell her about my rebirth. It was a truth too monstrous, too unbelievable. So I gave her a piece of the truth, wrapped in a lie she could accept. "When I was in the water," I began, my voice quiet, "I thought I was going to die. It changes you, Mom. I realized… I can't keep wanting something that will never truly be mine. I'm done fighting for him." A look of profound relief washed over her face, mingled with a familiar ache of sympathy. "Oh, my sweet girl," she whispered, pulling me into a hug. "You've finally grown up." She held me at arm's length, her violet eyes serious. "You know, this alliance with the Blackwoods is not essential. Your father and I will support any decision you make. Your happiness comes first." Her words were a gift, a promise of freedom I had never allowed myself to accept before. They gave me the strength for what I knew I had to do next. After she left, I sat in the darkness, planning. I knew Lilith’s deepest, most damning secret. It was a weapon I had never known how to use in my past life. Now, I would wield it like a blade. The next day, our packs were scheduled to hold their first formal assembly since the alliance was announced, a dry affair to discuss the logistics of joint territory patrols. It was the perfect stage. When I entered the Blackwood's great hall with my parents, I made sure I was no longer the girl who blended into the shadows. I had shed my plain, drab clothes for a gown of silver-blue, the color of the Thorne crest. It was a statement of allegiance, of pride. Heads turned. I felt their stares, a mixture of surprise and curiosity. I saw the flicker of something akin to awe in Ryker's eyes before he masked it with a scowl. Lilith, dressed in her signature virginal white, shot me a look of pure, undiluted jealousy. The meeting droned on. Ryker, in his role as future Alpha, stood before a large map, pointing out patrol routes with an air of self-importance. I feigned boredom, letting my gaze drift around the hall, waiting for my moment. It came when the discussion turned to a stretch of ancient forest that bordered both our territories. Lilith, ever the helpful future Luna, chimed in. "That forest is so lovely," she said, her voice sweet and reasonable. "Perhaps we could designate it as a shared recreational area, a place for our packs to come together." Her suggestion was met with murmurs of approval. It made her look generous, a uniter. I let out a soft laugh. It wasn't loud, but in the stuffy, silent hall, it sounded like a crack of thunder. Every eye swiveled to me. Ryker’s face tightened with annoyance. "Is something funny, Seraphina?" I rose from my seat and walked slowly, deliberately, toward Lilith. I stopped in front of her, my expression a carefully crafted mask of thoughtful curiosity. I tilted my head. "Forgive me," I said, my voice carrying a strange, wistful note. "It's just that your suggestion reminded me of an old friend." A flicker of alarm crossed Lilith’s face, but she held her smile in place. "Oh? I'm flattered." I leaned in slightly, my eyes boring into hers. "Yes. She loved that forest, too. You remind me so much of her… Celeste." The name hit her like a physical blow. All the color drained from her face, leaving it a sickly, waxy white. Her body began to tremble, a fine, uncontrollable tremor that she tried to hide by clasping her hands together. Ryker frowned, his brow furrowed in confusion. "Who is Celeste?" A ripple of murmurs went through the hall. No one knew the name. They thought I was having another one of my "episodes." I widened my eyes in mock innocence. "Just an old acquaintance. What's wrong, Lilith? You look as though you've seen a ghost." I paused, letting the words hang in the air before adding, "Or perhaps… you are one?" She stumbled backward, a strangled gasp escaping her lips. Ryker caught her before she could fall. Instantly, her training took over. The terror in her eyes was replaced by a flood of tears. "Sera… I-I don't know what you're talking about," she sobbed, her voice breaking pitifully. "Why do you keep doing this to me? What did I ever do to make you hate me so much?" It was a masterful performance. Once again, she was the victim, and I was the cruel, unhinged tormentor. Ryker, of course, bought it completely. He pulled her into a protective embrace, glaring at me over her head. "That's it! If you're going to act like this, get out!" he snarled. It didn't matter. I had what I needed. I had seen the genuine, soul-deep terror in her eyes. The name was the key. I gave a careless shrug. "Fine. If I'm not welcome, I'll leave." With that, I turned and walked out of the great hall, my back straight, leaving a trail of confusion, suspicion, and one very terrified liar in my wake. As I stepped out into the sunlight, a slow, cold smile spread across my face. My wolf stirred in my mind, her voice a low, satisfied purr. "The hunt has begun."

His Defiant Luna: The Return Of The Exiled Mate
8.9
Just hours after I endured a grueling labor to give Kaelen, my fated mate and the Alpha, two beautiful twins, he walked into the infirmary. Instead of holding our newborns, his Alpha aura pinned me to the bed as he coldly announced, "I reject you as my mate." He claimed I reeked of another Alpha. His sister Vanessa threw a stack of photos at my face, showing me at a cafe with a broad-shouldered man. Before I could even explain, Kaelen forced a pen into my trembling hand while I was still bleeding, making me sign away my parental rights. His mother then snatched my newborn son Liam from the crib. "Take the girl and get out of my territory," Kaelen commanded, leaving me in the freezing room with my severed mate-bond and my crying daughter. I didn't understand how our sacred bond could be shattered by a single fake photo, or how my fated mate could be so blind and ruthless as to rip my baby from my arms. Five years later, his precious heir is dying, and Kaelen desperately needs an alliance and a bone marrow donor. But when he finally sees me at a high-society gala, he doesn't find a broken, exiled Omega. He finds me standing beside that very same "lover"—Dominic, the Alpha of the Silverwood Pack, my older brother. And this time, I am the one holding the blade.

The captain is dead to the world. And I'm the only one holding the kill switch. Ethan Carter, the "Glacier of Silvercrest," was the most feared Alpha to ever step onto the ice. Now, he's nothing but a shell-a broken, comatose legend trapped in his own body. My life? It was supposed to be simple. Graduate, survive the pack's bottom-tier status, and pay off my father's ruinous blood-debts. Instead, the pack elders handed me a contract soaked in cold, hard malice: I am the designated "Stabilizer." My only job is to touch him, scent him, and keep his wolf from flatlining. I thought I was just a glorified nurse. I didn't realize the Alpha was listening. When Ethan finally wakes, he isn't the hero the Kingdom of Valeria remembers. He's a starving predator with amber eyes that burn holes through my defenses and a temperament that makes the frost in the mansion seem warm. He hates the bargain, he hates the pack, and-most dangerously-he hates the way his scent turns wild whenever I'm near. He wants me out of his sight. I want to be out of his reach. But in a pack built on secrets, someone is still trying to finish the job they started on his life. Now, the man who wants me gone is the only one who can protect me. Frozen hearts are meant to shatter. But in the fire of this pack, we're both going to burn.
One Night With The Cruel Alpha

I traded my innocence to my fated mate, the Alpha King, just to get a stalk of Moonlight Grass to save my dying brother. But after a night of agonizing physical connection, he didn't mark me. Instead, he tossed me a single, useless dried leaf and a credit card, treating our sacred bond like a cheap transaction. When I refused his insulting offer to be his secret, nameless mistress, he choked me against a wall and banished me from his lands forever. I fled to the human city, only to watch from the shadows a week later as he publicly escorted a pure-blood noble female, preparing to make her his Luna. Meanwhile, I was forced to sell herbs in the lawless black market just to survive, where I was cornered by a gang of violent rogues. I didn't understand. We were chosen by the Moon Goddess. When our skin touched, the mating sparks nearly blinded us both. Why did he look at me with such cold disgust? Why did he throw me away like trash, only to parade another woman as his queen? Running for my life from the rogues, I tripped and fell onto the asphalt, right at the feet of a convoy of black SUVs. The man stepping out was the Alpha King who had sworn to kill me if he ever saw me again. But as the rogues demanded I be handed over, his eyes darkened with a terrifying, primal fury. "She's mine."
Reborn As The Lycan King's Fated Mate
7.8
I thought I had found my savior in Alpha Camron after my adoptive family was brutally slaughtered. But as I lay chained to the damp dungeon wall, my inner wolf silenced by silver poison, he sneered and rejected me. "Did you really think I loved you? You were just a dumb, loyal dog." He confessed that he had orchestrated my family's murder to frame Lycan King Asher. Blinded by his lies, I had plunged a silver blade into Asher's heart—the only man standing in Camron's way to the throne. My step-sister Erica then arrived to deliver the final, crushing blows. "He was your true fated mate, Ella," she whispered with sadistic glee. "He loved you so much he retracted his aura, leaving himself defenseless so you wouldn't get hurt killing him." Worse, she laughed at my swollen belly, revealing the baby I carried wasn't Camron's. He had paid a filthy Rogue to defile me in the dark. The man I murdered was the other half of my soul, and the monster I trusted had destroyed everything I loved. My heart simply gave out, drowning in an abyss of pure agony and hatred. Opening my eyes again, the stench of burning flesh was gone. I was back in my attic bedroom on my fifteenth birthday. Today was the day my evil stepmother would start her deadly plot. This time, I would tear them all apart.
Redeeming The Hearts Of My Beasts
8.1
I died on an apocalyptic battlefield, only to wake up pinned down by a lead-lined blanket of my own fat. A violent download of memories hit me. I had transmigrated into the body of an exiled, sadistic noblewoman who was three million coins in debt. The original owner was an absolute monster. She had purchased beastman guards just to torture them for fun. In the corner of the filthy room, a golden retriever boy cowered, his back shredded by her barbed whip. In the basement, a snake guard was frozen and scarred from constant electro-shocks. When the white tiger guard returned from hard labor, he looked at me with pure, murderous hatred, ready to tear me apart to protect the others. Even the local elites kicked down my door to mock my pathetic life and try to steal my men. I was a decorated commander who bled for humanity. Why was I trapped in this ruined vessel, bearing the sins of a degenerate abuser? It was all a setup by her sweet-faced cousin, Debera, who stole her royal life and sent her to this outer-rim hellhole to rot. I gritted my teeth and plunged a military-grade gene repair serum into my arm, letting the agony burn away the black filth and weakness. "The crazy woman you knew before is dead." I tossed a medical kit to the trembling guards, loaded my old electromagnetic pistol, and headed for the deadly Demon Hunting Zone to start my revenge.
