Chapter 5

Chapter 5.

The Next Day

Hazel woke up to the cruel embrace of a sharp headache.

Pain pulsed through her skull, pounding in sync with the heavy weight of last night's memories crashing down on her. The events replayed vividly, piercing through her mind like shards of glass.

Her chest tightened, a sharp sting blooming deep within her as though a dagger had been lodged into her heart. She could barely breathe. The ache was unbearable, making every second of last night's events all the more hauntingly clear-etched into her like an inescapable, permanent mark.

Axel.

The way his hands had moved over her skin. The way his tongue had stolen her breath, guiding her into an intoxicating pleasure she had never known.

A shudder crawled up her spine, heat rushing through her body as the memory threatened to consume her again.

Hazel felt cheap.

She had a boyfriend. A good one. Yet, last night, she had shamelessly thrown herself at Axel-and worse, he had denied her at first, yet she had pushed further.

The humiliation burned through her, but what truly unsettled her was the fact that she wasn't drowning in guilt. She should have felt disgusted with herself, but instead, a dark whisper curled around her thoughts...

She wanted more.

She squeezed her eyes shut, trying to shove the filthy longing away.

Hazel hated that she had cheated on her innocent boyfriend. But she hated herself more for not feeling the kind of guilt that should have come with it. Instead, she was fighting an even darker battle-the craving to feel Axel's mouth on her again.

No. No.

This was wrong.

She dragged herself out of bed, her body still humming with unshakable awareness. Rushing into the bathroom, she scrubbed herself clean, as if washing away last night's sins. But nothing-not the scalding water, not the frantic rub of soap against her skin-could erase the fire Axel had ignited.

Minutes later, she dressed swiftly, throwing on a modest outfit before heading to the door. But just as she reached for the handle, her breath caught.

Axel.

He was walking toward her room.

Panic surged through her. Hazel's heart pounded as she backed away, pressing her spine against the door as if that alone could keep him out. Her breaths came in shallow gasps.

A knock.

She bit her lip, willing herself to stay silent.

After what felt like an eternity, the sound of retreating footsteps told her he had left. Only then did she let out a shaky exhale.

She waited a few minutes before slipping out, her steps hurried. She couldn't let him see her. No. Statement reframed. She couldn't afford to see him. She would crave more and more until she was nothing but a needy little cheating thing.

Skipping breakfast, she rushed through the exit, sliding into her car just before Axel could come downstairs.

At School

The day dragged painfully, her thoughts held captive by a single tormenting memory-

Axel.

His hands. His mouth.

She could still feel them. She didn't know which was bad. The feeling of guilt that refused to come, or the unspeakable desire and yearning for more of whatever Axel had to offer.

Disgust warred with pleasure. Hazel had tried to drown the thoughts with classwork, but nothing worked. She kept wondering what else Axel's hands and tongue were capable of.

It was maddening.

She was supposed to be riddled with guilt. So why wasn't she? Why was she desiring him instead? The thought of it sickened her guts.

A soft voice snapped her out of her trance.

"Are you okay?"

Hazel blinked, turning to Tracy, whose eyes studied her with concern.

She forced a smile-fake, but convincing enough.

"I'm perfectly fine."

Tracy wasn't buying it.

"Are you sure?" she pressed.

Hazel hesitated. A part of her wanted to confess everything. But she couldn't. Not when Tracy had always warned her about Axel.

So she swallowed the truth and smiled again, this time with a little more effort.

"I'm fine."

Tracy eyed her for some seconds but let it go.

Just as she was about to speak again, Hazel cut her off, knowing exactly where the conversation would go.

"We should check out a few clubs tonight. Wouldn't that be fun?"

Tracy blinked, stunned.

"Who are you and what have you done with Hazel?" she teased. "Since when do you want to go clubbing?"

Hazel rolled her eyes. "Since today."

She needed distraction. Needed something strong-vodka, tequila, anything-to erase Axel from her mind.

Tracy shot her a suspicious glare, struggling to buy the reason.

"Look here." Hazel mused.

"I have never had a problem with the club, just that I have a father who thinks I am every man's dream lady before I walk around with equipment heavier than some twenty-21-year-old lady and..." her words rolled into the air as she slumped into the table uncertain of how to go on with the words.

"Oh my God! We have to celebrate!" Tracy practically screamed, drawing the attention of half the library.

Hazel let out a genuine chuckle for the first time that day.

"Lower your voice, you lunatic."

Tracy grinned mischievously. Indeed, Hazel was right to her.

"Wait-what about Axel? Won't he get mad if he finds out?"

Hazel exhaled sharply. With Tracy around she can never seem to run away from Axel. Not with his name flying across her lips at every second. "Forget about him, Tracy. He doesn't own me."

He can never find out.

Tracy spared her a genuine smile, giggling at Hazel's new improvement.

Later That Night

Hazel, Tracy, and Armstrong had gone shopping for new outfits before heading to the club.

When they walked in, all eyes were on Hazel.

She was a vision-pure temptation wrapped in sinful fabric.

Her black leather mini skirt hugged her hips, exposing just enough of her thighs to entice. Her white crop top, oversized and effortlessly sexy, was adorned with bold, sultry words:

'Suck me.'

She led the way, her confidence radiating. The sway of her hips was enough to steal every gaze in the room.

Armstrong's hand rested lightly on her waist.

They made their way to the bar.

"Three bottles of vodka," Armstrong ordered.

They popped the drinks open, the night stretching into something wild and reckless.

Elsewhere...

Axel had spent his evening at the fashion studio before agreeing to meet his best friend, Alex, at a low-key club.

A club where he wouldn't be recognized.

Seated in the VIP section, Axel was sipping his whiskey when-

She walked in.

His grip on his glass tightened. His blood boiled.

Hazel.

She looked breathtaking. Dressed in a dangerously short skirt, her red lips curving into something irresistibly tempting.

But it wasn't just her outfit that had Axel seeing red.

It was the man beside her.

Armstrong.

His hand rested on her waist. Possessively.

Axel's vision darkened. His jaw clenched, fists curling as pure, unfiltered rage tore through him.

How dare that bastard?

He stood up, the urge to rip Armstrong's hands off Hazel's body unbearable.

Alex quickly pulled him back.

"Axel, sit down."

"Get your hands off me."

"Axel, please. Don't cause a scene."

Axel exhaled sharply, forcing himself back into his seat. His eyes, however, remained locked on Hazel.

She was his.

And yet, she was standing there, letting another man touch her.

Alex hesitated before speaking. "What's going on, man? Why are you so pissed?"

Axel's voice was like ice.

"Because that bastard is touching my property."

Alex raised an eyebrow. "Your property? You don't have a girlfriend."

Axel's glare sharpened.

"I don't need one to have a property. Hazel is mine."

Alex sighed. "What are you gonna do?"

Axel's smirk was deadly.

"Kill her driver. Assign her new guards. And... teach her a lesson."

Alex gulped. "What lesson?"

Axel's eyes darkened.

The kind she'll never forget.

Hazel, oblivious to Axel's burning gaze, was in Armstrong's arms when her drink accidentally spilled onto her clothes.

"Damn it," she muttered.

"I'm so sorry, Hazel."

She waved it off. "It's fine. I'll just use the restroom."

But the moment she stepped inside-

A voice.

Deep. Rough. Dangerous.

"Are you in Washington to a club or to study?"

Her heart stopped.

She turned-

And locked eyes with Axel. Pleasure sparkles mixed with fear ran through her body, although his voice came out stern there was this part that got her pussy throbbing as the thought of what happened yesterday played freshly into her mind for the umpteenth time

"Are you suddenly feverish? Why can't you talk or even take a turn to stare at my face?"

Hazel felt her legs buckle as fear surged into every vein in her body.

His hands gripped her arms and he pinned her roughly to the walls.

"Who was that guy?" his cold yet anger-filled eyes bored into hers and she trembled at the new side of him that she had never encountered.

"Answer me," he yelled into her face and she let off a soft whimper as tears came rolling down her eyes.

His heart pierced as though a dagger was thrust into his heart, slowly he did away with the monstrous look he had on his face, his heart arching terribly for scaring her and cursing her pain.

His hands cupped her soft cheeks and he slid one of his fingers into her mouth, dragging her lips hard while she just placed her head on the wall, her pussy dripping wet from that very action.

"I don't want you near anybody momma." his voice came up barely above a whisper and she felt her pussy spurting in response to his voice.

He leaned in and inhaled her cologne, his hands pressing and squeezing her, while she bit on her lower lips trying really hard to suppress the moan that was threatening to escape her mouth.

His teeth graced her neck and she shuddered.

"Only I have the right to your body momma, only I have the right to your fucking body. Don't you ever give my property out." he squeezed her even more, and she let out a whimper, his voice was compelling and domineering, yet they had this undertone that kept her pussy on the very edge of exploding.

"I would never dare." she subconsciously affirmed in pleasure and he gritted his teeth, kissing at the nap of her neck while she inhaled moans.

He pulled away from her, his eyes caressing all her body.

He wanted to let her go.

To watch her change without pushing her but his cock was already throbbing just to have her.

Hazel felt her heart tremble as he hovered inches away from her. She knew she had to stay away from him, her normal Hazel would yell at him and tell him never to come close, but she couldn't help the feeling that she was having underneath her legs the feeling that only he had the antidote to.

Her mind might not want this but her body and eyes were saying otherwise.

In one swift move, he raised her up and positioned her on the sink, spreading her legs wide open, his palm fondling her soft ass through her cloth.

"I am going to punish you in ways that your cloth has commanded momma, I am going to suck you till you can no longer feel your legs momma." His husky voice sounded dark, as his eyes took in every inch of her.

Hazel couldn't speak, she could only stare down at the crest on her clothes and she shook uncontrollably.

"The sultry wish of your clothes is the desired command of my tongue!"

With that, he pushed her skirt up, and his hands brushed her pussy as he reached for her pant and pulled it down, slipping them into his pocket.

"Ummmm" he licked on the small juice that his hand had gained from just brushing against her pussy.

"Heavens, Momma. You taste like sin."
