My Twin Flame Novel Cover

My Twin Flame

Sometimes you have to lose your way in the wild to find exactly where you belong. Christina thought she knew what love looked like. It looked like three years in Vancouver with Andrew, a life of polished surfaces, carefully curated social circles, and a love that felt more like a debt than a gift. But when a single message on Andrew's phone shatters the glass house she's been living in, Christina realizes she doesn't just need a break; she needs to be found. Seeking the "forced presence" that only the wilderness can demand, Christina flees to the rugged mountains of Whistler, British Columbia. Between the ancient cedars and the unforgiving granite peaks, she meets Liam, a man who belongs to the mountains and understands the silence she's been craving. As they navigate the treacherous trails together, Liam offers Christina something Andrew never could: the space to be strong. But healing isn't a straight path. When the shadows of her past follow her into the mist, Christina is forced to decide: is she just a "mountain dream" for Liam, or is he the True North she's been searching for? When Andrew reappears with a desperate plea and a web of manipulation, he threatens to pull her back into the gray noise of her old life. To survive, Christina must face a storm more dangerous than any mountain tempest. She will have to choose between the safety of the man who knows her past and the courage of the man who believes in her future. From the rain-slicked streets of Vancouver to the breathtaking summits of the Pacific Northwest, My Twin Flame is a story of heartbreak, reclamation, and the intentional love that moves mountains.

Chapter 2

The bedroom was a whirlwind of limbs and lips, the air thick with anticipation. Christina's skin burned beneath Andrew's touch, her body aching for more. They'd been together long enough for their movements to be familiar, yet the hunger between them still felt raw, untamed. As they fell onto the bed, Andrew's phone buzzed on the nightstand. Christina reached for it, intending to silence it, but her eyes landed on a message preview.

"Hey, sexy. Missing you. -S"

The words hit her like a slap. Christina's heart froze, her mind racing. Who was S? She hadn't seen that name before. The room began to spin as she stared at Andrew, her eyes searching for answers.

"What's going on?" he asked, his voice low, husky.

Christina held up the phone, her hand shaking. "Who's S?"

Andrew's eyes dropped, his expression guilty. "Christina, it's... it's nothing."

But it wasn't nothing. The silence between them screamed louder than any words. Christina felt the ground shift beneath her feet as she realized she'd been living a lie.

"Get out," she whispered, her voice trembling.

Andrew reached for her, but she pushed him away. "Get out, Andrew. Now."

He scrambled off the bed, grabbing his clothes as he stumbled towards the door. Christina watched, numb, as he dressed and left, the sound of the front door closing like a death knell. The apartment was quiet, the only sound the soft hum of the city outside. Christina curled into a ball, her heart shattering into a million pieces. How could he do this to her? She'd trusted him, loved him with every fiber of her being. As the tears came, Christina knew she'd never be the same. The flames of their love had turned to ash, leaving only the charred remains of her heart. But little did she know, this was only the beginning the real fire was yet to come...

The days that followed were a blur of tears and takeout, the apartment a shrine to Christina's shattered heart. She'd lost count of the number of times she'd replayed the night, wondering what she'd missed, what she'd ignored. The "S" message still seared in her mind like a brand. A week passed, maybe two, before Christina finally emerged from her haze. She stumbled into the shower, the water scorching her skin, but it was nothing compared to the pain in her chest. As she dressed, her phone buzzed with a text from her best friend, Emily.

"Hey girl, you okay? I've been worried sick about you. Need to vent, need ice cream, or need to kick someone's butt?"

Christina smiled, a tiny spark of gratitude igniting within her. Emily was the kind of friend who showed up with wine and an arsenal of ice cream flavors. "Ice cream and venting sounds perfect," Christina replied, typing out the words with a newfound determination. She was done wallowing. It was time to face the music, and maybe, just maybe, she'd find a way to rise from the ashes. The ice cream and venting session with Emily was exactly what Christina needed. As they devoured pints of cookie dough and rocky road, Christina felt a weight lift off her shoulders. Emily listened, judgment-free, as Christina recounted the whole sorry tale.

"Girl, you're better off without him," Emily declared, licking her spoon. "Andrew was a snake, and you deserve so much better."

Christina nodded, a plan forming in her mind. She'd focus on herself, rediscover who she was outside of Andrew. The thought sent a thrill through her veins, like a match striking. That night, as Christina lay in bed, she felt a strange sense of resolve. She'd been given a second chance, a chance to rebuild, to rediscover herself. And she knew exactly where to start – with a solo trip to Whistler, a place she'd always wanted to visit.

The mountains called to her, a siren's song of freedom and renewal. Christina closed her eyes, the image of snow-capped peaks and endless trails filling her mind. She was ready to face the unknown, to find herself in the wilderness and maybe, just maybe, she'd find love again.

Reborn to Refuse The Lord Novel Cover

I came with a mission to kill the Lord of the empire, Mark. "Lara, I am pleased with you." Fireworks bloomed above us as I looked down at Mark kneeling on one knee. The dagger hidden in my sleeve almost slipped from my grasp. "Are you willing to marry me as my wife, from now on, for a lifetime?" "Yes." The system's alarm rang sharply in my mind, urging me to complete my mission, but I still chose to move forward without hesitation. Reality, however, was far crueler than I expected. "Lara, as Mark's wife, you must not leave the palace for three years and, when the time comes, gracefully step down." "Okay," I answered lightly, just as I had agreed to his proposal. That night, flames swallowed my courtyard, the fire blazing high enough to erase everything I had endured. I thought it was my end. But when I opened my eyes, I was back to the day he proposed. The same fireworks. The same man on one knee. Only this time, Mark's eyes were filled with tears as he held my hand and whispered, "Lara, don't go."
