My heart shattered into a million pieces as I watched Cameil spreading her legs widely- probably enjoying what she was receiving.

Everything was just like a dream, I couldn't believe my eyes... My best friend for ten years now cheating with my husband? I searched the sun for some tears but they hung at the corners of my eyes as I walked inside the lounge.

There was no atom of remorse on their faces, especially Lysander. He stood perfectly fine not even putting on an expression of remorse. I walked inside the lounge and stared eye-to-eye at Lysander

"What on earth are you both doing, Lysander?" My voice cracked in slim thickness. Cameil attempted to speak up but Lysander held her back and walked forward.

"I should be the one asking you that question, what on earth are you doing in this house?" His voice summoned, leaving some threatening flow in my blood. I didn't mind, instead, I stepped closer angrily "We just got divorced, Lysander, and you're already cheating on me with my best friend? Have some shame, Xander!"

At this point, I didn't care about how betrayed I was and what my rights were under the Steel's mansion. All I wanted was an answer which Lysander attempted to give when I cut him off "Tell me, is she the third wheel? Tell me if Cameil was behind all these. Give me some answers, Lysander!" I yelled angrily as my eyes seized to remove from his face.

"I don't need to tell you that we are divorced which means that whatever we had is over..."

He paused and dragged Cameil who was already dressed up. Then he continued "Cameil here has been my backbone ever since I was forced to marry you! She gave me everything you couldn't give me, so why shouldn't I get her pregnant and make her my wife?"

My heart froze immediately after Lysander's proclamation. What does he mean by that? Was he trying to say that Cameil is already pregnant with his child? Lysander and I may be divorced but I still can't stand seeing him moving on with another woman talk more of my Bestie!

I turned to Cameil whose face was filled with remorse. "And you, cheating with my husband...oh my ex-husband was your priority?"

"I trusted you, Cameil. I did everything you wanted me to, I told you my secrets, I shared all of my pains and happiness with you and all you could think of was paying me back by cheating with my ex-husband!" I yelled, my voice refusing to accept that Lysander was beside me and he might get angry.

This is worse than divorce papers so I have to wail more to this than Divorce!

Cameil remained silent, refusing to say anything. The remorse was in her face but her body language told that she wasn't regretting any of her actions.

"That's enough, Ivy! Cameil and I have come too far to back out from this... We are DIVORCED meaning I didn't cheat on you. What brought you to my house, take whatever you possessed and get the fuck out of my house". Lysander said with a cool voice as if he cared about me.

"I refuse to accept your claims, Xander! You know I love you but you divorced me. It wasn't even up to 24 hours after Divorce and you already picked my best friend?"

"Cameil and I had been in a relationship for seven years now! We loved each other even before you married me..." Lysander said after me but I cut him off

"I am aware of that, Lysander! You both dated but broke up the moment you landed in Coma. She was asked to carry out the insemination but she refused, now she is back in your life after I proceeded with the surgery!"

"You're wrong, Ivy!" Cameil finally spoke up in a remorseful tone. "I rejected the insemination because I had papers in Germany. I was still carrying out my B.sc in medicine, my father wanted me to do that as soon as it was possible...."

"No need for explanation, Cameil. I forgave you for abandoning me and we were back again for five years now..." Lysander cut Cameil off before turning to me "The servants will bring your pieces of luggage in no time! Take them and leave this house!" His phone rang instantly and he walked out.

Cameil stood on the sofa and crossed her legs. She is used to this kind of luxury, isn't she? Her father is the President's P.R. so why won't she feel at home stealing my husband after rejecting him five years ago?

I guess that's what nature wanted. Maybe I wasn't destined to be with Lysander. No need for further confrontation, I just have to take what I came here for and leave.

One of the servants brought my luggage downstairs with tears around her eyes. I could tell that she didn't want me to leave but I had to go.

I grabbed my luggage and looked at the home we made together. So, I'll be leaving the man I love for my fake best friend? What has to be has to be. Even if I cry from now till infinity, Lysander will never accept me back.

I turned back to leave when Cameil stepped on my way. She looked at me with a cruel face, her remorseful face had all disappeared.

"Excuse me, Cameil. I have to leave!" I said, locking my bags tightly but she kicked one of my luggage away.

I turned to her angrily "And what is the meaning of this, Cameil? Haven't you done enough?"

"I just wanted to remind you not to ever mention to Xander that I am infertile! You know all of my secrets and so do I!" She uttered with a threatening glance.

"I am not stupid to tell Lysander that you're not pregnant. Instead, I will be happy when he learns the truth himself. I mean, your Tommy will rise, won't it? Lysander will eventually find out about your baby... Now, excuse me!" I responded and picked up my bag which she had previously thrown. I attempted to walk past her when she grabbed my hair so tight.

"Let go of me, Cameil!" I screamed in pain but she wouldn't let me go.

"I only befriended you ten years ago because I had some problems with my dad! I needed a friend to be close to and also live under her roof. Five years ago when I finally reconciled with my dad, I wanted to end this stupid friendship but kept it because I loved Lysander! I confessed the truth to you about my past relationship with Lysander so you will know that I am still loyal to this friendship. Now that he finally divorced you, I don't see the need to pretend again!"

She said while clutching my hair so tight. I was still lost in pain while feeling Betrayed over Cameil's confession. So, she was never a FRIEND!

"Let go of me, Cameil or I will tell Lysander the whole truth!" I threatened, hoping she'd let me go but she smirked "Not when I convince Lysander that you're a murderer..."

Her utterance was baffling. Before I could have a second thought, she left me. I struggled for oxygen while recovering from her evil grip but she started screaming "Lysander, come and help me! Xander... Please help me!"

I had to turn back to see what the problem was but upon turning, she stabbed herself in the belly!

"Cameil!" A voice screamed from behind and I turned. That was Lysander staring at me while I held a knife in my hand. That was the same knife Cameil used to stab herself but I am the one holding it!

Lysander pushed me away and I hit my head on the nearest sofa. I could hear Cameil's voice pointing towards me "She did this!"

Cameil managed to say before closing her eyes.

"Santos, Jakub, Chris! Get the car ready and grab this woman! Put her in the car, let's go!" Lysander yelled and his two bouncers- Santos and Chris grabbed me up.

Whatever the future holds for me, I don't know!
