MIA.

I was having a full-blown existential crisis at 11:47 PM.

My laptop screen was still glowing with the evidence of my downfall: a 47-page Google Doc titled “BDSM Research Notes – Things I Want To Try (Don’t Judge Me, Riley)”. It had bullet points, star ratings, hearts, and several unhinged paragraphs about wanting to be “gently destroyed by a hot older man who looks like he could snap me like a KitKat.”

I had meant to send it to my best friend Riley.

Instead, I sent it to Lucas Blackwell — my terrifyingly hot 42-year-old neighbor from the penthouse upstairs.

My phone buzzed.

Lucas: Mia.

Lucas: Did you mean to send this to me?

I screamed into my pillow so loud my cat judged me from across the room.

Mia: OH MY GOD NOOOOO

Mia: THIS IS THE WORST THING THAT HAS EVER HAPPENED TO HUMANKIND

Mia: PLEASE DELETE IT AND PRETEND I DON’T EXIST

Mia: I’M BEGGING YOU MR. BLACKWELL I’M JUST A CHAOS GREMLIN

His reply came way too quickly.

Lucas: Already read all 47 pages.

Lucas: Page 23 made me choke on my coffee.

I wanted the floor to open up and swallow me whole.

Ten minutes later, there was a firm knock on my door.

I opened it wearing an oversized hoodie and one mismatched sock, looking like a raccoon that had been caught committing tax fraud. Lucas stood there in a plain black t-shirt that hugged his broad chest, holding a small black gift bag.

“Hi,” I squeaked.

He stepped inside and closed the door.

“You wrote forty-seven pages of very creative sexual fantasies,” he said in that deep, dry voice of his. “About wanting an older man to take control. You even made a spreadsheet, Mia.”

I covered my burning face with both hands.

“I have a problem. I overshare when I’m horny. I’m a disaster. You’re allowed to laugh at me and then move to another country.”

Instead, Lucas sat on my couch like he owned the place and patted the spot beside him.

“I’m not here to laugh at you,” he said. “I’m offering to help. You clearly need guidance before you accidentally send your kinky wishlist to your boss.”

My brain short-circuited. “You’re volunteering to be my… Dom tutor?”

“Something like that.” He reached into the gift bag and pulled out a sleek black bullet vibrator. “I brought this. Figured we should start with something simple.”

I stared at the toy. Then at him. Then back at the toy.

“You just casually carry sex toys around like snacks?”

“I grabbed it after reading your list,” he said, completely deadpan. “Seemed useful.”

He pulled me gently onto the couch so my back was against his chest. My heart was trying to escape my ribcage. Lucas slowly slid the vibrator into my panties and pressed it right against my clit.

The moment he turned it on, I jolted like I’d been electrocuted.

“Oh my god— Lucas!”

“Shh,” he murmured, amusement clear in his voice. He held the toy firmly against me with one big hand while his other arm wrapped around my waist. “You’re very loud for someone who doesn’t want the whole building knowing her grumpy neighbor is teasing her with a vibrator.”

The vibrations were perfect and relentless. I squirmed and whimpered, my hips twitching uncontrollably.

“I can’t believe this is happening,” I babbled between gasps.

“I sent my porn research to the man who once stared at my pizza delivery guy like he committed a felony.”

Lucas chuckled — a low, rare sound that made me clench. He increased the speed.

“You’re soaking through your panties already,” he commented casually. “Page 12 said you liked being teased until you begged. How are we doing?”

“I hate you,” I whined, laughing and moaning at the same time. “This is evil. You’re evil. I’m going to file a noise complaint against my own vagina.”

He kept the toy pressed perfectly against my clit, not letting me escape the pleasure. My legs started shaking. I gripped his forearm hard, burying my face in his chest as the orgasm built fast and strong.

When it finally hit me, I came hard — shaking, giggling, and making the most undignified noises into his shirt.

Lucas turned the toy off and held me as I caught my breath, looking ridiculously pleased with himself.

“You’re even louder in real life than your writing suggested,” he said, almost fondly.

I looked up at him, flushed and dazed. “So… same time tomorrow, Professor Grump?”

He smirked, an actual smirk — and stood up.

“Tomorrow. And Mia?”

“Yeah?”

“Bring the full list. We’re just getting started.”

He left me sprawled on the couch, panties ruined, grinning like an idiot, already excited (and terrified) for whatever he had planned next.
