Chapter 2
Henry Royals is a multi-billionaire with different companies and estates all over Georgia.
His appearance alone is mouth-dropping and bewitching. He is most definitely every girl's desire, meaning all the ladies in Georgia crush on him.
They all get wet and squirt on their panties at the mere sight of him. He is dangerously handsome and even the dumb rat in the streets could rate the level of his handsomeness.
As a son from a wealthy home, he could get anything and everything with just a snap of his fingers.
By the sound of his name, the first thing that comes to the mind of people on hearing his name was love; 'he has a beautiful girlfriend whom he loves so much', people will always say but it is the.
He was far from the word called love because that four-letter word doesn't exist in his world.
He is cold to everyone not only to the ladies flocking around him but also to every other person including his da, but his mom happens to be an exception. No matter how she frustrated his life, he still can't bring himself to hate her.
Henry is a hard-working twenty-one-year-old young man who spends most of his time on his laptop day and night.
Many billionaires would be busy squandering their wealth on women, clothes, shoes, and other worthless things but Henry Royals would bury his head in his laptop, finding ways to make his company one of the best in the world.
He happens to be the only son of the Royals and the heir to the Royals companies. If it were to be other heirs, they wouldn't work for their own money rather, they would be busy squandering and lavishing on their parent's money.
Henry worked hard day and night to prove to his father that he wasn't as worthless as his father thought of him.
" Sir the investors from Moreno oil company are here," Reece said to Henry.
" Take them to the board room, I will be there shortly," he said not taking his gaze off his laptop.
Reece nodded and left the office to do as he was told and a few minutes later, Henry joined them in the board room.
His cold expression coupled with his handsome face gave him a killer look.
He walked to the middle of the long table and sat at the end of it before unbuttoning his suit.
Henry flipped through all the documents the investors gave him and he signed all of them without giving it a second thought. He does anything that would make him profit, even if it means making a deal with the devil. He just wanted to make his father realize that he wasn't worthless, rather he was more useful than ten sons.
" Mr Henry, we are so excited to be a part of the Dolphin group of companies now," one of the investors said and Henry simply nodded his head.
He finds it very difficult to communicate with people freely, in other words, he is an introvert.
To him, his mom is the only person in his life that he can trust without having a second thought, so any other person apart from her, is all after his money.
He walked out of the board room, leaving Reece to attend to the investors. Henry went back to his office and continued sorting out some of the files, then his phone began to ring, he took a glance at the caller's ID and smiled when he saw who it was, his mom, Mrs. Royals.
" Mom, what is it again?" He groaned
" Don't forget your promise, today is the first day of this month and by this time next month, I want to meet a lady living in that boring house of yours okay?" Mrs. Royals said and he nodded.
" Mom, I am busy now, talk to you later" With that said, he was about to hang up but Mrs. Royals shouted making him t, and pulled the phone off his ear before his eardrums burst because of her unnecessary shouts.
" Don't you dare hang up on me Henry!" She shouted
" Mom try to calm down, you will have an attack if you keep shouting unnecessarily like this" Henry explained, trying to cajole her to let him hang up but she wouldn't listen.
" Me having an attack is none of your business, not as if you care about me," she said and Henry snorted.
" You know that's not true, Mom. You just want me to do as you say" he scoffed before adding. " I am always wondering where Father came across such a crazy psycho path like you" he muffled under his breath.
" I heard that asshole!" She yelled again.
" See you later Mom" With that said, he hung up without hearing what she had to say next.
" That dickhead of a son" Mrs. Royals muttered staring at her phone.
Henry sighed as he dropped his phone on the table.
" I need to clear my head" he muttered and punched a number on the telephone.
" Reece, get me a cup of cappuccino right now," he said and hung up.
" Now I am getting confused. Am I an errand boy or his manager?" He asked himself as he stood up from his chair to go get a cup of cappuccino for Henry.
Recce sighed in frustration, he has been running countless errands and had no time to rest his ass and Henry was making it more difficult for him. At this rate, he could collapse at any time.
" How I wish he could just smile a little he would look really cute" Reece muttered as he made his way to the cafe to get Henry the cappuccino he asked for.
After a few minutes, Reece came back with a cup of cappuccino, he handed it over to Henry and was about to walk out when Henry's voice stopped him.
" After work, you will drive me to the nearest bar," he said and Reece gasped softly.
' He wants to drink?'

I was the bankrupt socialite everyone pitied, standing in the mud at my mother's grave with nothing left but a pair of old Louboutins and a single white rose. My bank account was overdrawn by three hundred dollars, but I still believed Julian, my fiancé, was the one person who hadn't abandoned the toxic Compton name.
Then I saw his Maybach shaking in the cemetery parking lot. Through a crack in the window, I heard the man I loved whispering to my stepsister, Tiffany.
"Don't worry about the broke princess. Once I secure her voting proxy for the trust, I'm dumping her."
Tiffany laughed, clutching the scarlet coat she'd charged to my own maxed-out credit card.
"She's so pathetic, Julian. She actually thinks you love her."
I didn't scream; I recorded them. But when I tried to use that leverage, my family turned into vipers. To protect Julian's status, they framed me for causing Tiffany to miscarry a fake pregnancy and planted stolen documents in my bag. My own father stood by as they locked me in a room, planning to sell me to a predatory creditor named Hightower to settle his gambling debts. I ended up in a freezing police cell, my ankle shattered and my reputation destroyed.
I sat on that metal bench, shivering as I realized my own blood had traded my life for a check. I called the only man powerful enough to burn them all-Julian's uncle, the "Butcher of Wall Street," Alden Stark. The phone just kept ringing. He wasn't coming. To the world, I was just a walking bankruptcy filing, a girl who had finally run out of luck.
I didn't wait for a savior. I escaped custody and ran barefoot through the rain, leaving a trail of blood on the marble floor of Stark Tower. When I collapsed at Alden's feet, he didn't look at me with pity; he looked at me like a rare, damaged artifact he finally owned.
"Inform the board that this is my fiancée," he announced, lifting me into his arms.
I signed the marriage contract that night, trading my freedom for the power to ensure my family's liabilities exceeded their assets for the rest of their natural lives.

Dominic, the eldest, cold and commanding, who kisses me like he's claiming his kingdom and looks at me like I'm the only thing he can't control.
Julian, the charming playboy who hides a vulnerable soul beneath his perfect smile, making me feel like I'm the only woman he's ever truly seen.
Asher, the brooding artist who paints me like I'm his muse and touches me like I'm his masterpiece, seeing parts of my soul I didn't know existed.
They're forbidden. They're dangerous. They're everything I shouldn't want.
But when I discover my father didn't die by suicide that he was murdered by the very man who now calls himself my stepfather, these three powerful men becomes my unlikely allies.
First it was a forbidden attraction, now it's an arrangement that defies every rule.
The rules are simple:
I'll give each of them a chance.
I'll take everything they offer.
