Abandoned Your Pregnant Luna? Biggest Mistake, Alpha! Novel Cover

Abandoned Your Pregnant Luna? Biggest Mistake, Alpha!

I'm Kennedy, the pack's recognized Luna, and Tyler's fated mate-or so I foolishly believed. That day, the pregnancy test burned in my palm as I traced the tiny life growing inside me, my heart swelling with secret joy. But that joy turned to ash outside the club on that rainy night. Brenda's back-the woman who saved his life, the one he chose without hesitation over me. He grew colder by the day, letting her friends call me a FAKE LUNA to my face, even saying he wanted to reject our mate bond. I clung to my pregnancy like it was my last shred of dignity, terrified that if I spoke up, all I'd hear was his icy command-- "Abort it." He left me soaking in the rain, ignored me when I was burning with fever, and let me be humiliated, let me be pressured. But he forgot- I'm Kennedy, not some fragile vine that bends to his will. He'll pay the most brutal price for that stupid mistake!

Chapter 6

Overreacting?

Kennedy paused for a moment before sneering inwardly.

"Of course I can't compare to her delicate and understanding nature." The words slipped out before he could stop them.

Alpha Tyler froze.

Kennedy also froze.

What was she saying?

As Kennedy regretted her words, her chin was already lifted by Alpha Tyler, and she raised her head to meet his eyes, as black as ink.

Alpha Tyler narrowed his eyes, his gaze as sharp as a hawk's.

"Are you jealous of her?" Kennedy's brows furrowed, and she hurriedly tried to brush his hand away.

"What are you talking about?"

But her hands were too weak to resist, and when she touched him, they felt soft and powerless.

This action made Alpha Tyler raise an eyebrow, amusedly catching her wrist. "So weak?"

"You're the one who's weak."

Kennedy cursed him, then pulled her hand back, but because she had pulled too hard, her body fell backward onto the sofa. And then, she couldn't get up.

She had no strength left.

Alpha Tyler stood there, giving her a complicated look before tossing out, "Wait."

He then went to the bathroom, brought out a plastic basin filled with water and a towel, and placed them on the chair next to her.

Alpha Tyler soaked the new towel in cold water, wrung it out, and began wiping Kennedy down.

"What are you doing?" Seeing him approach with the towel, Kennedy instinctively stepped back.

Alpha Tyler gripped her shoulders, his handsome brows furrowing.

"Don't move. I'm cooling you down."

Kennedy was about to say no, but when the towel touched her skin, the icy-cold sensation

instantly swept over her, and she couldn't resist.

Her body temperature was high, and she needed to cool down.

It's just physical cooling...

With that thought, Kennedy let him continue.

Alpha Tyler wiped the sweat from her forehead, then her cheeks. As he wiped, he thought of something, his thin lips curling slightly as he whispered, "Kennedy, you really are my mate ."

This made Kennedy's eyelids twitch. "What?"

Alpha Tyler's eyes were as deep as black jewels. He snorted lightly,

"What are you pretending? This is the first time I've ever done something like this for someone else. You tell me, aren't you my mate?"

As he spoke, Alpha Tyler moved his hand, which had been resting on her shoulder, and pulled open her collar, revealing a patch of snow-white skin. The damp towel slipped inside.

Kennedy's face flushed slightly as she pressed his hand down.

"What are you doing?"

"To wipe you inside." He replied with a straight face.

Kennedy, both flustered and embarrassed, pulled her collar back.

"No, no need. I can do it myself."

Alpha Tyler watched her movements and gradually furrowed his brows.

"Why are you getting angry with me?"

His hand didn't move; he still held the damp towel, pausing it on her chest. From a certain angle,

it looked as though his hand was...

If anyone else saw this...

"I'm not upset. I can do it myself."

Alpha Tyler continued to frown, glaring at her unhappily.

"Are you..."

Bang!

Before he could finish his sentence, a loud noise came from outside the door. Alpha Tyler and Kennedy both turned to look outside.

They saw Brenda scrambling to pick something up.

Alpha Tyler's movements froze for a moment before he withdrew his hand, his expression enigmatic.

Kennedy lay there, curling his lips in a mocking smile.Brenda quickly picked up the items on the ground and walked inside.

She gave Alpha Tyler and Kennedy a gentle smile, as if she hadn't seen anything earlier.

"I didn't hold the items properly earlier and accidentally dropped them. Did I scare you?"

Alpha Tyler's thin lips twitched slightly, as if he wanted to say something, but Brenda stepped forward and extended her hand: "Let me do it."

Alpha Tyler could only hand her the wet towel.

"Felix has already explained everything to me in detail. I'll handle things here. Alpha, you can rest assured; I'll take good care of my Luna."

Upon hearing this, Alpha Tyler glanced at Kennedy, who lay motionless on the ground, resembling a lifeless body, then nodded.

"Alright."

He then left.

The door closed.

The room was quiet. After a while, Brenda rinsed the towel again, then opened the bag and walked toward her.

"You are weak, you aren't fit to be Luna." She sneered

Kennedy was too weak to stand, she knew trouble was coming and her voice was low to call for help, but...

"He chose me." She managed to whispered

Brenda smiled gently,

"Hope you don't mind me seeing you naked."

With the words already spoken, she could say nothing more and could only force a smile and nod her head.

After she agreed, Brenda moved closer and began unbuttoning her clothes.

To avoid awkwardness, Kennedy closed her eyes and didn't notice Brenda's lingering gaze as she undid the buttons.

Brenda bit her lip, her expression not exactly pleasant.

If she hadn't seen wrong, Alpha Tyler had been holding a wet towel to wipe her body, hadn't he?

He had even pulled open her collar.

When had their relationship become so intimate?

Could it be that something had happened during the time she was abroad that she didn't know about?

Brenda's delicate brows furrowed slightly, her heart filled with unease.

She didn't know about her clothes, but Kennedy had an excellent figure. Even lying down, certain parts were still full, and her skin wasn't pure white but had a hint of pink, looking fresh and tempting.

Even Brenda, as a woman, could see the exceptional qualities of this body.

She bit her lower lip, unable to control herself, and whispered,

"Actually, over the years, I should thank you."

Kennedy had been keeping her eyes closed; the physical cooling method was quite effective for her, and the liquid on her skin felt cool and refreshing.

The heat in her body dissipated significantly.

She opened her eyes and locked gazes with Brenda's beautiful eyes.

"Thank me?"

Brenda nodded.

"Yes. Although on the surface, it seemed like he chose you because you are his mate, I know that over the past two years, you being his mate has kept him away from every unmated female. So I wanted to thank you. Otherwise, if I had returned and found him surrounded by a bunch of unmated female, it would have been quite troublesome for me as well."

Hearing this, Kennedy was taken aback.

She wasn't stupid; she could hear the meaning behind her words.

First, she expressed gratitude to clarify her own identity, then reminded her that Alpha Tyler had chosen her because she wasn't around anymore, serving as a warning not to harbor any illusions.

She had made her status as the legitimate luna clear.

She bit her lip and remained silent.

Brenda wiped her again for a moment, then helped her tie her clothes, assisted her to sit up, and asked tenderly,

"Are you feeling better? Would you like some water? I'll pour you a cup."

Kennedy was indeed a bit thirsty at that moment.

"Yes."

So Brenda went to get her a glass of water.

Kennedy held it and drank.

Her throat finally felt a little better.

She looked up at Brenda and told her what she had been thinking.

"Actually, you don't need to worry about Alpha Tyler feeling anything toward me. The position by his side is forever reserved for you. After all, you are his savior, and no one can compare to you. You have also done me a favor, and I will never forget your kindness."
