Chapter 4

He kept quiet for a while.

His silence was like a void, one sucking me whole, wanting me to retreat so badly back into my shell.

I could feel the sweat dripping down the valley of my breast in nervousness, yet I was not ready to back down.

Just when I thought I’d made a fool of myself to him, and was about to give up— his voice came.

“Why?” He questioned.

I frowned in confusion at his words, wondering if that was an appropriate answer when a woman proposed sex.

As if sensing it, he continued.

“You are a beautiful woman, baby girl,” he started.

The endearment he called me, made butterflies flutter in my belly.

Yet, his sinful tone made me understand that those were not butterflies.

Rather, a swarm of Volcanoes burning hot, and ready to swallow me whole.

“Why do you need a man like me?” He said, pausing.

He turned to face me once more, his eyes slipping down my body, and he spat.

“You are not my type,” he said in a dismissive tone.

He shook his head, as if the thought of us together was absurd as he turned, resuming his steps—walking towards the door.

His words felt like an insult.

One which jabbed directly in my chest, and I was not ready to let it slide.

“What’s your type?” I called out, my tone hard.

I watched as he halted in his steps, still backing me.

Then he turned slowly to face me.

The light from the window cast on his face.

I stared, observing as his lips curled up into a deadly smirk.

Heat crawled up my skin when he watched me like that—his eyes never once straying away.

He walked towards me, closing the distance between us.

His hands moved first— his fingers darting to my red hair which laid in disarray.

He gently pushed the strands which fell to my face behind my ears.

Then, his fingers moved down, coming to wrap around my throat.

His touches were soft—yet they burnt aggressively.

They sent a leap of fire down me, one that went straight into my core.

I struggled to keep myself from clenching my thighs together beneath him, as his masculine scent, combined with the seductive scent of cinnamon wafted in my nose.

“I don’t do soft,” he muttered.

His tone low and dark.

His words made my confusion only deepen.

And I could not keep myself from asking.

“I don’t understand?”

His hands gave my neck a soft but tight squeeze.

I gasped at the sudden seization of my breathing.

I watched as he stared at my every action almost as if he was enthralled till he let go.

His hands slowly loosened.

His fingers brushed over my throat lightly.

“It seems I have to set some rules for how I do my things,” he rasped.

“No romance. No love-play.

I fuck, and I do that hard and fast.

But don't worry, I’ll make sure you are wet enough,

and you experience your fair share of pleasures.

But everything goes my way.

I might not be a very good giver, but I know how to bring women to climax perfectly,” His deep voice said.

Air choked on my throat as his words rattled me completely.

My heart fluttered rapidly against my chest—his words echoing through my mind.

I parted my lips to say something, but only a gasp escaped through because I was at loss for words.

‘What kind of man was he?

“You look like a soft woman, baby girl,” he paused, letting his words sink in, as he continued.

“One who a man cuddles and makes love to.

Not a woman who gets fucked into oblivion.

And that is exactly why I said you are not my type,” he rasped, as his fingers unwrapped from my throat, and his hands dropped to his sides.

Tremors shot through my body the moment his touch was gone.

And for some sick reason, I wanted his hands back on me.

“I can be your type.

Teach me,” I said, already making up my mind.

His eyes flared in shock, as if expecting that I would have already chickened out.

His gaze darkened when he saw the seriousness on my face.

The smirk which played on his lips widened into a full blown smile.

“Have you ever done hardcore before?

If not, this is your chance to back out now.”

His head tilted towards the door.

“I can always leave if you cannot handle it.

That would be a wise option for you,” he said, while he waited for my reply.

“I'd like to stay,” I whispered, feeling somewhat shy now.

“Good.

Come with me,” he muttered.

And as if I was being controlled by his beautiful voice, I followed without hesitation.

He walked out of the room with me trailing behind.

My lips parted when I took in my luxurious surroundings.

It looked like some kind of high end suite.

And that was enough to tell me that this man was loaded.

He led me towards a door.

He dipped his hands in his pocket, bringing out some kind of key.

“You must really come here all the time,” I said the first thing that came to my mind, wanting to ease off the awkward tension.

My head was already fuzzy from the heat.

“I own this place,” he replied casually.

My eyes widened.

Holy shit, I thought.

I must have really landed a big fish.

He dipped the key in the lock, ready to twist it—only he paused.

He turned, looking back at me, as if sensing my anxiousness.

“Relax baby girl,” he muttered.

One word—and that was more than enough to make my heart spike up.

This time, definitely not from anxiousness but from curiosity of what more sensations this beautiful man can ignite in me.

His beautiful voice was enough to send heat pooling down my core.

The realization that I was still naked, having only my g-string pants to cover what was left of my nakedness burnt through my mind.

Everything about him burnt the edge of my curiosity, leaving me wanting to know more.

But then, I had to remind myself again, that it’s just a one night stand and nothing more.

The door swung open, and my lips parted into a loud gasp.

A massive bed dominated the center, covered by deep red sheets almost the color of blood.

Big oversized pillows were lined at the sides.

The thought of being spread on that bed like a meal, sent an unsettling thrill through me.

“What’s this place?” I asked, still reeling in shock as I took in the scene before me.

Heat crawled in my skin when I took in an iron-looking post that stood at the corner with leather cuffs on each end.

Before I could tear my eyes away from them, something caught my attention, leather flogger.

Hanging neatly on some kind of hook on the wall—many of them with different colors—looking hard enough to inflict pain, and soft enough to bring pleasure.

My teeth sunk into the soft texture of my lips, only to choke as my eyes landed on an open cupboard where different sizes of dildos were displayed, some so large.

I looked away for a second, my cheeks flaming red in embarrassment, when I thought of where they’ll go.

“Are you scared baby girl?” His husky voice whispered in my ears from beside me.

His hot breath fanned my face, making me jump on my toes unintentionally.

I turned to face him, staring into those deep pools of green hues—as if trying to penetrate deep into my soul.

“Not at all sir,” I replied timidly, watching the way his lips tipped up slightly.

“Good girl,” he praised.

And damn if that did not make me clench my thighs together again to get some friction.

“Take it off!” He commanded, pointing towards the g-string which was wrapped around my waist.

The only thing that hid my nakedness.

My breath caught as I stared at him with wide eyes.

“Huh?” I asked, somewhat confused and shy.

His lips tugged at my answer, as his gaze darkened.

“Wrong answer baby girl, now you have to get punished,” he growled darkly.
