Chapter 1

I died giving birth.

I gave George Norris ten children in seven years and died with my last child during childbirth.

Everyone said I was unlucky, but no one knew that I saw the comments on the screen as I was dying.

[The cannon fodder is pretty pitiful. Now the female lead gets ten healthy babies for free.]

[The female lead is so clever. She likes children but doesn't want to give birth to any for the male lead, so she added fertility pills in the cannon fodder's food.]

[Tsk, tsk, tsk, the cannon fodder probably won't even know she gave birth to the male lead and female lead's children.]

The comments made me so angry that I dropped dead right then and there.

When I opened my eyes again, I found myself back, right after I had married George.

[Tsk, the female lead is so ruthless; she added three fertility pills to the chicken soup.]

[Is the female lead not afraid that the cannon fodder will give birth to triplets and die on the operating table?]

Watching the chicken soup Cheryl York handed me, I grinned, grabbed her mouth, and poured the soup down her throat.

If she liked having children so much, she could have as many as she wanted!

Cheryl York pushed the soup container in front of me. "Lena Carlos, what are you daydreaming about? Drink up. I got up at 6 AM to make it."

I stared at the inviting chicken soup in front of me, feeling cold all over.

There were three fertility pills in it. Drinking it would make me pregnant with triplets.

That was what was written on the light screen, and it was right.

In my previous life, I got pregnant with triplets very quickly. Everyone said I was lucky, but only I knew that giving birth to those three children almost killed me.

After that, I never stopped conceiving. I gave birth to one child after another, eventually giving birth to ten children in seven years.

While giving birth to the 11th child, I died on the operating table. I always thought I was unlucky, but it turned out that all of this was Cheryl's doing.

I stared at the light screen in the void with red eyes.

[Is the female lead's pregnancy system really that magical? She could even have the male lead's child be born via a cannon fodder.]

[Oh, you don't know. The cannon fodder existed just to be a breeding machine.]

'Breeding machine?' I wondered as I tugged at the corner of my mouth and touched my belly that still seemed to be in ripping pain from the previous life.

Cheryl leaned closer to me and waved her hand in front of my face. "Lena! What's on your mind?"

I snapped out of my daze, lowered my gaze, and replied faintly, "Nothing."

All of a sudden, the chicken soup was pushed to my lips. Cheryl's voice had a flirtatious tone. "Lena, drink it up quickly."

I gave a strange laugh and took the lunchbox under her expectant gaze. Then, I quickly reached out and grabbed her mouth, pouring the entire container of chicken soup into her mouth without spilling a drop.

The virtual comments scrolled rapidly.

[Goddamn, why did the female lead drink that chicken soup?]

[Is the female lead going to give birth to the triplets now?]

Cheryl squatted on the ground, desperately striking a finger down her throat.

Pretending to be anxious, I grabbed her hand to stop her from moving. "Cheryl, don't scare me. I just saw you working hard making the soup and wanted you to try it. Why do you look like there's poison in the soup?"

Before I finished speaking, a huge force suddenly threw me aside.

I fell heavily to the ground, my face pale with pain.

Once I came to my senses, I saw George Norris anxiously holding Cheryl. "Cheryl, what's wrong?"

Cheryl was still making herself gag.

George turned his head and glared at me. His voice filled with undisguised anger. "Lena, what did you do to Cheryl? I'm warning you! If anything happens to Cheryl, we're getting a divorce!"

I did not answer him, my gaze fixed on the constantly changing light screen.

[Ah, the beautiful love story between the male lead and the female lead.]

[The female lead threw up the chicken soup. She probably won't be pregnant with triplets, right?]

[You underestimate the pregnancy system. Even if she vomited bile, she's already pregnant.]

I glanced mockingly at Cheryl, who was vomiting uncontrollably as she sat on the floor.

'Pregnant? That's good. Those triplets who nearly killed me will have to be born to the noble female lead in this life.'
